Jalsrushti島度假村

Visited this place with my senior citizen mother. Place was absolutely gorgeous.. The minute you take the raft or speed boat you are transported to the island it's just mesmerizing to say the least.. The jal pushp room was nice and the bathroom was also big in size. The food was quite good and a call out to vipul Singh for really being helpful at all times. The place is just full of greenery and one can just hear the silence something which is missing in cities.. They take extra pains to play live music and magic shows even with less occupancy.. Now few drawbacks :- Despite talking to Mr Mukesh front desk manager that my mother would require wheel chair assistance they sent a non functional one and that was painful as there are quite a few steps to descend Not the resorts fault but nearby village was having some wedding and that noise went on till 3am.. The pillows are super uncomfortable The staff should be little adjusting with food at least with regards to spices etc although they really went out of their way to accommodate as much as they could but that 10% was missing Our cottage ac was acting funny.. Besides this place is really good. Just up your services so it's value for money.. Will I come back?? Definitely yes

A stunning blend of nature and luxury! Beautiful natural elements create a serene vibe, and the staff were exceptionally warm and helpful, making my stay truly unforgettable. Would surely recommend this place. They surely serve more than what you expect.

It was one of our best stay. Staff was super helpful. Loved live music during high tea, Breakfast and morning time. All was just perfect. However, I will say few things which can be improved: - Indoor game setup is almost gone. Board/ tables should be replaced. AC should be added. - Add more to Pet feeding - Get new cycles (current cycles are of no use)

The place is natures best hut , couple and kids friendly with a great staff , and thumps up for specially Mr tarachand who did the best hospitality with the food service . This is a must visit place for staycations with family as well and activities like kayaking , cycle ride and horse ride were great

Serenity, care, hospitality are the 3 words that capture the essence of what Jalshrushti as a resort is all about. A special shout out for the wonderful way in which they took care of my 76-year-old mother's special needs and even enthusiastically carried her on a wheelchair right up to the pier, so that she could take a boat ride. Thankyou for your care. It is much appreciated. Okay here are the pros and cons: Pros: 1. Abounding with nature's assets, this is an apt spot for anyone who wants to take time out from city life and gel with nature. 2. Complimentary Kayaking which is truly a treat. The river is peaceful and such a delight to trail down. 3. You also have complimentary tractor rides, horse riding, cycling and a cute, pampered pony called "Gullu" who is quite a character to interact with! 3. The staff goes out of their way to help you get comfortable and extends their hospitality as much as is practically possible. 4. Breakfast is by far the best meal and caters to all palettes. The other 3 meals - lunch, high tea and dinner have an assortment of options available and what is most attractive again, is the hospitality. 5. They are extremely senior citizen friendly too. Cons: 1. The Jalakka cottages are a bit dark and dingy looking. 2. Mosquitos are an issue and it's good to carry some repellant, though they do provide repellant liquids on request. 3. Toiletries- are very basic. You get non-branded body wash and shampoo through dispensers in the bathroom, as well as basic dental and shave kits. There is also a basic body lotion available. I would suggest carrying your own toiletries if you are someone who is particular. But overall, my family and I had one of our best holiday experiences here. Highly recommend a visit!
