酒店有豐盛、乾淨、美味的早餐，但是當他們把杯子收起來時，他們不會把它放回去，你必須總是打電話要水和杯子

Service is so good

這是一家普通酒店，沒有太多承諾1-房間裡沒有潤膚露2-沒有熨衣機：他們給了我們經理的熨斗供我們所有人共用，然後在我們不在的時候進入我們的房間拿走了它3-互聯網很糟糕。當我們抱怨時：經理告訴我們這是因為我們已經訂滿了 早餐還可以 房間看起來很舊，需要做很多工作，廁所裡有難聞的氣味

對於所有希望酒店工作人員至少表現得體面和尊重的旅客，我強烈建議不要選擇這家酒店。工作人員無禮、歧視、不雅。客人受到人身侮辱。沒有提供解決方案。在與總經理分享了我的負面經歷後，我被承諾相應的前台工作人員會向我道歉。這項承諾也沒有兌現。我走遍了世界各地，住過 200 多家飯店。我在這裡所經歷的一切，即使在我最糟糕的惡夢中也無法想像。關於這家酒店的正面評價與實際情況並不相符，更多的是應現場工作人員的要求。

Hotel location is great 5 minutes walk to be in taksim square and isteklal Street. Hotel set up is very good my room was spacious and comfortable. The problem during my stay was that nights were very noisy coming from out of the hotel and during weekend there was a very loud music may be a wedding party that lasted until 2.30 in the morning. Some of the staff were very helpful but the receptionist called Sahar was very rude dealing with clients shouting and screaming to them. She needs to be trained on customer service and how to deal with client's who are the ones she got paid for serving them . When tried to explain to her manager he proved to be as well very arrogant and not understanding and needs as well expensive trying on customer service. I do travel a lot and this time is the worst dealing with reception staff in any of the hotels. My advice never ever stay in this hotel

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, it was so terrible experience at all. It is not worth the money you need to spend. The AC was not working properly. The food is not good enough. Totally the personnel at Metropolitan Taksim are not helpful , from top to bottom the reception, concierge, wait , restaurant etc. We thoroughly didn’t enjoyed our stay at the Metropolitan Taksim in Istanbul. I would definitely not stay at this hotel again neither recommended to anyone. There are many hotels in such area worth the money you would spend. HISHAM

Rooms are very small AC not working Receptionist during the period from 17:00-21:00 On 9/07/2022 is the worst customer service behavior you ever faced in your life. Pls do not come to this hotel even if they offer you a free of charge accommodation .

1- the stuff doesn’t speak English only Turkish and they treated visitors badly except ms.sahar she’s so kindly and try to help every one she’s also speak English very good 2- bad internet and every time I have to reconnect WiFi and it’s so slow and some time it’s doesn’t work 3- beware of cleaners name is “ sayed “ he’s old man and he try to take money from us and on we were sleeping he knock the door then he directly open the door and he want to inter room . 4- food is bad not fresh 5- hotel it’s not safe no security near to dark area and the place name terla Basha it’s famous dangerous area 6- food it’s not fresh
