"Beverley Premier Inn is one of my favourites. Nice hotel, great location and the staff are always lovely. But…………… Recently it has become the norm for only person to be on duty in the evenings. They have to check people in, take food and drink orders, pour the drinks, deliver the food and drinks to the tables, take payment for the meals, clean the tables etc On top of that, the restaurant is constantly running out of food. Last week they had no chips so I had to have hash browns with my gammon, then they had no chicken, then no fish, then no cider, then no decaf coffee. Not sure what has happened recently, but the management needs to sort it out."

"We enjoyed our night away. Fantastic location. Really friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely. Full English was great and the continental was lovely as well. Cooked fresh and hot. We had an evening meal, which was delicious. Only downside was our room (Charles 1) had really thin walls. We could hear everything from next door .Unfortunately we had really noisy inconsiderate neighbours until 3.30am. Not the hotels fault .We would definitely stay again and we would recommend staying here"

"Well don't moan our room was a Clean, comfy pillows not stained tea coffee . A fridge a microwave parking with permit large TV ensuite room . What do u want for the price location perfect. We have stayed in more expencive hotel and paint work as used smaller TVs this is a lovely place with no frills but frill a gem and prices appropriate"
