Although location is very good, if we talk of prices then its not so worth...Food Quality and number of Varities are very less...Spa is under process...Cycling was also under process...so acitivity parts was also not much to spend whole day in resort...in terms of services...it was good and yes at the time of check out you will get many calls for asking....WHEN R U CHECKING OUT...continously in every 5 mins...i too got 3 calls in every 5 mins time frame for asking of check out...

Amazing Place to Visit and really perfect location to be in Monsoon and winters. Also the staff is amazing and helpful. Also the food quality is good. Subramain KV help us a lot . Thanks Subramain

The most beautiful views from the hotel room and the swimming pool. It is settled in between the jungle and coffee plantations. Beautiful rooms, delicious food and amazing staff. Subramanium sir and Theresa ma'am were very helpful and the staff was very hospitable. Make sure to atleast spend 2 nights here :)

Quality of the room and service is good and cleaned. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staffs were always motivated to help us. The food was excellent and Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. From the balcony, we could feel the cool breeze. Its worth a visit both enjoyment wise and money wise.

Great team. Great service. Mr Subramani as the leader, Mrs Theresa with a customer first attitude Hardworking staff Nim Dem, Dap who were always on the toes trying to serve meals. With a smile and going the extra mile Others like Pankaj, Dheeraj who also were there to support when needed

Stay was Awesome. Nice Hospitality by the staff. Infinity Pool is good. Children’s Play Area has many options. Don’t miss their camp fire. They entertain a lot and the ambiance is superb. Food is very nice with much spread. Plantation walk is not that great. Overall, its a nice experience

I have stayed for 2 nights including a weekday and weekend. Amazing place to spend time with family. Their food is the highlight. They have best menu and quality is really great. Location 5/5 Hospitality 5/5 Food 5/5 Ambience 5/5 Service 5/5 Kids friendly 5/5 Value for money 5/5

The property is well-maintained with courteous staff. Our room offered a beautiful view of the lush forest. The food was a highlight—delicious in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The resort’s activities were enjoyable, especially the evening campfire and family games, which added a fun touch. Morning walks through the coffee estate were refreshing. Overall, it was a great experience and quality time well spent with family.
