飯店別墅Arausana＆Antonina(Villas Arausana & Antonina)

Top Lage und sehr freundliches Personal! Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und auch das dazugehörige Restaurant entspricht nicht mehr den Fotos auf der Website. Unser Bad mussten wir bei Bezug des Zimmers noch einmal reinigen lassen, da noch „Andenken“ des vorherigen Gastes an verschiedenen Stellen waren. Lief aber alles zügig und reibungslos. Anschließend entsprach auch alles unseren Ansprüchen. Wir hatten das Frühstücksbuffet inklusive, was sehr reichhaltig ist aber auch klar auf Maße ausgelegt (Plastikstühle, billiger Saft etc.). Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aber aus unserer Sicht.

Personnel peu accueillant voire même très froid. Chambre peu propre et mal isolée. On entend tous les passages dans le hall d’entrée et corridors dans la chambre. Papier peint décollé et moquette au sol sale. Parking non gratuit. En plus, l'électricité a été coupée pendant environ 2 heures sans prévenir pendant la journée. Heureusement, le petit-déjeuner offre un choix varié, mais il est préférable d'arriver tôt pour avoir encore accès aux services et trouver une table propre, car le personnel a du mal à suivre pour les nettoyer.

Wir verbrachten hier drei Nächte, gebucht durch ein Reisebüro. Auf den Bildern sieht es idyllischer aus, als es in Tat und Wahrheit ist: Personal und Ausstattung erinnern an ein Personalwohnheim. Morgens wird lautstark geputzt und gesprochen im Gang und den Treppen, x-Mal geklopft für Reinigung, Pool deutlich überfüllt und Sonnenliegen bereits ab 8 Uhr besetzt mit Badetüchern… einzig Küchencrew Nacht einen guten Job- glücklich ist derjenige, der einen Frühstückstisch findet… Etwas gutes doch noch: Betten sind OK, gut darin geschlafen!

Ganz tolles Hotel in bester Lage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im ersten Stock mit Balkon und Meerblick. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ist auch top! Direkt an der Promenade gelegen ist man in nicht mal fünf Minuten in der Altstadt von Vodice. Es gibt direkt vor dem Hotel mehrere Meerzugänge. Der Pool im Infinity Style ist auch wunderschön. Es gab einige Gäste die direkt morgens Liegen reserviert haben, das war allerdings Ende Juni nicht notwendig, da es immer ausreichend freie Liegen gab. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die tollen Pinienbäume die ausreichend Schatten spenden. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, würden allerdings das nächste mal nur mit Frühstück nehmen, da wir keine Fans von Buffetessen sind. Das wussten wir leider bei der Buchung nicht. Es gibt aber in Laufweite genügend tolle Restaurants. Insgesamt ist Villas Arausana & Antonina eine Top Empfehlung. Gerne wieder!

Very poor quality hotel, would say at the most a 2 star, no way is it 4 star. The facilities are basic, there were stains on carpets, stains on chairs in reception area and in the outside bar area; mould in the shower area. We were breakfast and dinner, very limited choice, buffet sat outside, uncovered. Regularly ran out of items at breakfast. Vodice is nice but would not recommend this hotel.

We travelled here for a week in September, and after reading the reviews, i nearly changed hotels as they were dreadful, but I'm so glad we didn't. The hotel is very tired inside with some dreadful stains on the corridor carpets, but once inside the rooms, they were kept clean with nice modern bathrooms. Breakfast is served a short walk away with breathtaking views and an excellent choice to cover every taste. I personally loved the pancakes. The hotel is in an excellent position with a short walk into vodice for evening meals. There is also an excellent bar for drinks and bar snacks.

This hotel complex is in an attractive location on the seafront and only a five minute walk into the pretty town of Vodice. The bar and pool areas are pleasing to the eye. However, the two residential blocks give off a university campus student accommodation vibe. This student vibe is strengthened on entering the building and then your room. It's rather small and Spartan to say the least with tired carpeting (why carpet?). The balcony is actually rather spacious with a sea view and the balcony door can also be adapted as a window to allow fresh air in (which is nice in September). The bathroom facilities are fine although you have to go on a hunt for the cleaner's trolley to get any body gels or shampoo. Storage was ok and wifi good. There is a rather old fashioned safe but no coffee/tea making facilities. The bed was a bit firm but ok and it was very quiet at night allowing for a decent sleep. The restaurant at night continues the student accommodation feel with basic furnishings and fluorescent tube lighting although that feel is softened when they open the sea facing doors on to the bar patio. Breakfast was very good with nothing being allowed to run out and there are two coffee vendor machines for espresso and cappuccinos. The evening buffet meal choices were good with the open kitchen allowing the chefs to refill or top up food over the counter. Fish choices were particularly good. The wines were good but you need to ask for a large glass or you end up with about two sips worth. Vodice is obviously a thriving tourist town with loads of restaurants and gift shops, and being September it had, for us, a bit of an end of season feel about it The promenade from the town runs along the sea front to the hotel and on past other hotels and apar**ents. It appears that a third block is being constructed alongside the existing blocks. Perhaps this new accommodation will be less sp**** and a little more modern than its neighbours.

We absolutely loved the property. Room was okay. Wish they had a coffee maker or tea option. Breakfast was included, which was fabulous. Went for dinner there, I wouldn’t recommend! Go into the little town, 10 minute walk.

Small dirty rooms, no water supplied in rooms, No kettle. Required to make up your own bed on arrival. Wallpaper blistering, small TV hanging off the wall. Disgusting Accommodation all round. Buffet dinner dried up, sp called restaurant like a canteen. How on earth is this marketed as 4 star Accommodation ? Not up to 2 star rating
