Only come if you are desperate The check in part was not bad except our keys didn’t work to get into our building so we had to go back to front desk. And then 2 of the doors for our building did not work AFTER we went back. Took an extra 30 minutes to get into our room. The room was NOT like the picture. Everything was gross and run down looking. It didn’t seem like anyone did any deep cleaning in the whole suite. And i have a cleaning business so i know how to deep clean. The couch was dirty, it smelled musty in there. There was no wash clothes. There was no trash in the bathroom. The hallways smelled like tuna. And the hallway floors desperately needed to be vacuumed. It kinda ****** because my boyfriend and I wanted a night away and we just wanted to go home from the second we got there. Before 11am checkout I had maintenance knocking on the door to see if I was gone. Which I understand you wanna get it ready for the next guest but AT LEAST wait till after the check out time. Walls were thin and could hear neighbor’s conversation.

Bedtime surprise I arrived very late. Checking in was smooth. It wasn’t until 1am as I decided to go bed that I noticed something missing on the bed. It only had sheets on it. No blanket or bed covering at all. I took a picture. It’s December and outside it’s cold in Bethlehem. That’s unusual

Carpets everywhere were filthy. Refrigerator was dented. Stove top was dirty. Elevator was grimey. Windows and doors an entry were not clean. Overhead light in dining area broken. TV did not work in one bedroom. Had to have maintenance fix it. Weeds 4’ high in landscaping throughout property. ******* contacted office to cancel one night of my reservation and when I checked out, we found out Dominque on Friday did not log the cancellation in system. Debbie @ front desk Monday did nice job correcting it. Avoid this property!

Never Again Will I Stay My family and I booked 3 rooms. They had stains on the carpet, there was pet order in the room. The bed from the sofa couch had stains as if someone died there and to top it all off, one family member was bitten by bed bugs.

Todo muy limpio, habitación muy acogedora y en general un lugar muy completo

The room had a horrible smell; unexpected $250 fee for incidentals. The pool was emptied and closed but not mentioned of that in the listing. No staff around for check out in the morning. Unfortunately a terrible experience all around.
