The Wilbur Mansion in Bethlehem is an absolute gem. The architecture and historic details are stunning and beautifully preserved, yet every room is thoughtfully updated with a modern, upscale touch. From the impeccably designed light fixtures to the luxurious bathroom finishes—including gorgeous tile, sleek sinks, and a spa-like tub and shower—no detail is overlooked. The service was outstanding, and I was delighted to receive a morning basket at my door with fresh-squeezed orange juice, pastries, muffins, and coffee. It was the perfect combination of elegance and warmth. I stayed before bringing my daughter home from Lehigh, and it was extra special knowing the owners are proud Lehigh alumni and supporters. A truly charming and luxurious experience—I can’t wait to return.

Second visit to the Wilbur Mansion when visiting our granddaughter at Lehigh University. Perfect place to relax and enjoy great food. The staff and level of service provided far exceed the norms found in hospitality industry.

Hotel visitor. Very convenient to Lehigh campus. Beautiful room, great shower. Very modern room in an historic bldg. compared to Sayre mansion: nicer and more modern room, but breakfast was a basket with a muffin and apple. People were very friendly but it took a while to find someone to help us with check in.

It is always an absolute treat to stay at the Wilbur. We just visited our daughter studying at Lehigh and enjoyed a couple of days of upscale comfort and joy. The homemade pastries in our morning baskets and the great wine and bites at the bar were enough to make us never want to leave!
