"There were many little things not right. 1 Phone numbers that we were sent did not work 2 Looking at the photo of the bedroom which was the one we had there were items missing - 1 stool, 1 bedside cupboard & the blanket. 3 Soap dispensers were empty 4 No toilet roll holder 5 Only towels for 1 person 6 The pillows looked rather scruffy 7 No shelves in the bathroom, though there was a good corner which could have been used 8 No provision for leaving the key when leaving early 9 I had to stand on a stool to access a socket to charge my phone 10 A kitchen with cupboards was attached to the bedroom but it didn't seem finished and there really was no place to sit and eat in comfort An acceptable stay and we were supplied with a warm blanket on request."

"I booked the executive suite, but there was nothing executive about it besides the size: no hot water, the toilet paper is not 2 ply, there was no handwash (it was empty). It was very disappointing. All we wanted was a hot shower after a long day! What a waste of money."

"i was booked through agents who paid a week before my arrival but was forced to phone them myself to obtain confirmation. Sat in the cold until confirmation obtained around 10 pm.i suffered a terrible flu as a result. Hotel should learn to take accountability, treat customers fairly and apologies for the inconvenience they might have cause, Nice Place which require customer care, I DONT WISH MY WORS ENEMY TO GO THROUGH WHAT I WENT THROUGH AFTER A LONG JOURNEY OF DRIVING."
