The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Despite regular pest control efforts, occasional encounters with insects or other small pests—indoors or outdoors—may occur. No refunds will be issued for pest sightings. Violations of our house rules may lead to guests having to leave prematurely without a refund.
