We went for one night and it was okay in the beginning . There is a lounge from 13.00 until 22.00 with snacks , coffee etc. The next morning went for breakfast and at 10.30 a worker told us they are picking up the breakfast stuff and after a few minutes tells us to leave because they had to clean up . we did not finish the food and had to leave . After check out at about 13.10 e wanted to enter the lounge to rest before driving home because we had a long journey but were refused . After spending a lot of money for this stay we felt humiliated and was insulted . The hotel is nice but if they treat you so low that we feel like beggars it is not worth the money you pay and the value of what you get .

The hotel was very nice and clean. They had the amenities as described on the website. Staff was nice, food was fine and everything was what we expected. They even threw in freebies like a fruit platter delivered to the room and a free photo taking seminar.

Paid a fortune. Not worth it. Pictures on site misrepresent reality. Promised view of mountains. Gave us a view of a tennis court. Offered for us to go home if we don’t like it or entrance to a business lounge. Paid £1000 for two nights. So far I’m sorry we came.

The room was very good and the bathroom was well equipped. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The menu is without meat only dairy and fish. The food (hb) was good and mostly tasty. But, they must pay more attention to de-boning and descaling the fish. Both me and my wife found bones and scales in our dish.
