「房間很乾淨，有小冰箱、吹風機、水壺，沒有茶或咖啡。他們每天都送水。毛巾已更換，但更換時必須將其扔到地板上。 最後一天，乾淨的毛巾上有強烈的霉味。空調會定期關閉，要打開它你必須按下按鈕，我們房間的空調冷氣效果不佳。餐廳裡的食物比其他咖啡館的食物貴，而且還會在最終賬單上加收 18%，所以我們去了附近的咖啡館吃飯，那裡的員工非常友好，價格也很正常。房間旁邊有一棵芒果樹，每天都有葉猴來吃。飯店的海灘不太適合游泳，水中有很多死珊瑚。但步行至美麗的PIR海灘需要5-10分鐘。 整體來說，這家飯店還不錯。」

「靠近入口的房間,很在意門關開關的聲音,廁所裏的聲音,外面車子的聲音。晚上很安靜。 清潔很周到,有咖啡(rm1)等,很方便。隨時有熱水和冷水也很好。 因爲有３個客廳,所以即使大人數去也很容易過。」

「Booked this hotel several times for our crew who has a business trip to Tok Bali, Kelantan. We chose a triplet room. The room is quiet big and comfortable for 3 pax. Clean and comfortable even though it is a budget hotel. Very good surrounding and friendly staff.」

「1、萬豪停泊島酒的接駁酒店，位置首選。入住後第二天8:30-9:20早上就可以在萬楓酒店側面的萬豪lobby checkin，行李直掛房間。通過萬楓的碼頭，不用再去kualabesut的公共碼頭。9:30發船10:30左右即上島。酒店服務專業，有問必應。 2、此次入住萬豪身體突發狀況，情況緊急。在國外語言不通，幸虧萬豪和萬楓團隊在晚上8點之後不僅幫忙聯繫救護車船聯運從島上至besut醫院，也有專人全程陪護，熱心幫助我解決所有疑難問題。直至康復出院。衷心感謝萬豪和萬楓的團隊。特別感謝萬楓酒店的前台bani先生、懂華語全程陪護幫助解決醫療問題的羅先生，謝謝你們的幫助。」

「Nice place to pit stop on your way to Perhentian Islands. Easy access to good food at the mamak restaurant 2 doors away. And nice Chinese food adjacent to the hotel. All are reasonably priced. Hotel is clean by most standards. Basic amenities provided like hangers, free wifi, towels, blankets. We took a big family room for 4 pax and slept comfortably.」

「I have booked this hotel for our staff who has a business trip at Tok Bali, Kelantan. This hotel is about 10km from Tok Bali which is -+10min drive. A bit old, but it's okay with the price. New to the beach and lot of tourist stay here also. Located at Kuala Besut town which is a gate to Pulau Perhentian. No breakfast included but, there are a lot of food source you can find there.」
