The Villa is a large country villa in Porto Ceresio recently renovated, with an elegant architecture and spacious rooms. For the guests the comfortable apartment of 120 mq on the ground floor of the villa: separate entrance from the garden, two double bedrooms, one single room, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with TV SAT and wireless, dining room, well-equipped kitchen with fridge, gas stove, electric oven, microwave oven. Near there is a good supermarket. The price of the rent includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, the supply of sheets, towels and tablecloths. Free parking inside, large garden with loungers for relaxing, table, chairs and barbecue free available for guestsAbout pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 1 total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 5:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Vakantie in Villa Raggio di Sole Mooie locatie vlak bij het meer. Vriendelijke en behulpzame verhuurders. We hadden onze hond meegenomen en die had een zeer grote tuin die volledige afgesloten was. Ook zeer geschikt voor kinderen omdat er veel speel mogelijkheden waren. De accommodatie was zeer ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken waaronder een vaatwasser en wasmachine. Ook het parkeren op het grondstuk zelf is zeer fijn. Van de accommodatie is het ca. 10 minuten lopen naar het meer en ook met de hond kan er buitenaf gewandeld worden.

Fantastisch Wat hebben wij hier genoten. Wat een lieve mensen zijn domenico en marrinette. Echt geweldig. Mooie locatie met grote tuin. Onze hond was ook mee en had alle ruimte. Huis netjes ingericht en schoon. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug.

Gîte à recommander Excellent séjour passé chez Marinette et Domenico. Merci pour l'accueil, les conseils et pour votre disponibilité. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les boissons fraiches à notre arrivée et le gîte bien équipé et bien situé.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern! Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Vermietern, Domenico und Marinette, empfangen und es wurden uns zwei Stellplätze auf dem vollständig eingezäunten Grundstück (sehr wichtig, da wir zwei Hunde dabei hatten) zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Inneneinrichtung hat uns positiv überrascht. Es war alles sehr sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet. Trotz fehlender Klimaanlage war es angenehm kühl, da 3 Ventilatoren zur Verfügung standen. Die Küche war top ausgestattet und es fehlte an Nichts. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt muss ich für das Bad vergeben. Da es ein innenliegendes Bad, ohne Fenster (nur mit Lüftung) war, hat sich an der Decke Schimmel gebildet, was uns selbst aber nicht beeinträchtigt hat. Noch eine Sache die erwähnenswert wäre, die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt an der Bahnstrecke, aber man hört sie NICHT!!! Alles in allem war es eine super schöne Unterkunft in einer fantastischen Gegend!!!

Friendly owners with a nice house Very pleasant stay for 14 days. The owners are realy friendly and polite. The house is centrally located to visit a lot of things in the area. We liked the time we have spended there.

Great property for a family holiday. Fantastic location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Ideal for visiting Lake Como and Lake Maggiore. Spacious and lovely garden. Hosts were very welcoming.

Fantastisch verblijf Amazong house, very kind owners! We have porto Cerisio in our hart ! There is a lot to see in the area and we received a lot of infoemation about what to do, to see and to eat! We will go back !
