À fuir ! Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas mettre zéro. - La gérante et sa fille sont autoritaires, désagréables et prennent les gens de haut - la chambre est sâle, - la salle de bain est minuscule, - une bouilloire poussiéreuse - des verres sâles sur un plateau contenant des moutons de poussières - des toiles d'araignées à côté de l'oreiller - Tout est mensonger : la taille de la chambre, le parking est inaccessible avec une voiture classique type '' Mr tout le monde'' - Et à la fin on nous dit qu'on sera autorisé à revenir (quel culot, j'en perds mon latin)

Hormis l'emplacement et la literie je ne retient rien dans cet hotel. Salle de bain minuscule, chambre petite, fils de poussière au plafond, carton d'outil de jardinage sur l'armoire, petit déjeuner bien trop chère pour ce qu'on nous donne, accès seulement pour les petites voitures dans la cour ( passage très restreint ) télévision d'une taille dérisoire. Présence d'outils dans les parties communes accessible à tous le monde. Pour le prix vous pourriez sûrement avoir bien mieux. Hotel vieillissant, mériterai une rénovation.

Bon emplacement pour visiter Besançon. Hôtel vieillot qui aurait besoin d'un grand coup de nettoyage ( des tapis rajoutés pour cacher les tâches de la moquette) et rafraichissement fenêtre pourrie , pas de volet et rideau non occultant ( sauf salle de bain refaite).Plateau de courtoisie avec une tasse à l'anse cassée non réapprovisionné. Ne prenez pas le petit déj : bien trop cher pour ce que la gérante vous sert. A 17h 30 la chambre n'était pas faite. Un petit plus: un petit jardin Parking impossible pour une voiture de grande taille, parking payant proche

The hotel has a couple of positive aspects. Its central location is very convenient for exploring the area, and the room was warm and clean, which is always a plus. However, these positives were overshadowed by several frustrating issues that need urgent attention. One major problem is the parking. Customers are not told beforehand about the impossible parking situation. The parking is on an extremely tight and narrow street, making it nearly impossible to access unless you have a very tiny car. Many guests, like myself, book thinking parking will be straightforward, only to discover the reality upon arrival. This critical detail should be disclosed upfront to avoid misleading customers. Another issue is accessibility. All the rooms are on higher floors, but there’s no lift. Carrying luggage up multiple flights of stairs was exhausting, and for anyone with mobility challenges, this would be a serious problem. The lack of transparency about this is disappointing and unacceptable. Safety was also a concern. The lights in the room were dangerously flickering on and off without being touched, creating an unsettling and unsafe atmosphere. This should be addressed immediately, as it poses a risk to guests. While the room was clean, it was uncomfortably small, offering barely enough space to move around. The hotel has potential, but the management needs to address these significant flaws. Better communication about parking and accessibility, along with urgent safety repairs and improved room functionality, would make a world of difference. Until then, I cannot recommend staying here.

Exelent small hotel in the center of the old town, great and friendly service, rooms are recently remodeled and decorated with attractive little things. Location is ideal for the city center. If you come by car park in one of the nearby parking lots, getting in and out of the hotels (3) parking spaces is hard work !

Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einem Hinterhof sehr zentral in Besancon. Das erste was uns auffiel, war im Treppenhaus ein Geruch nach Rauch, weil ein älterer Mann, der wohl zur Familie der Inhaberin gehört, auch in den Räumen raucht. Ein kostenloser Fahrradstellplatz im Keller wird auf Nachfrage angeboten. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bad modern. Die Inhaberin spricht keine einzige Fremdsprache, auch nicht im Ansatz, nur schnelles Französisch mit Pariser Dialekt. Personen, die kein oder nur wenig Französisch sprechen wird deswegen dringend abgeraten. Am Abend der Anreise wurde uns zu verstehen gegeben, dass das Hotel überbucht sei, sie werde "eine Lösung finden". Die "Lösung" so so aus, dass uns Geld in die Hand gedrückt wurde und wir in ein anderes, minderwertiges Hotel ums Eck am nächsten Morgen geschickt wurden. Eine Kompensation, eine Entschuldigung oder Bedauern gab es nicht. Ein ähnliches Schicksal traf es auch andere deutsche Gäste. Im anderen Hotel gab es um die Uhrzeit unserer Abreise (6:45 Uhr) kein Frühstück, das schon gezahlte Geld wurde uns nicht erstattet. Einziger Pluspunkt war das Frühstück nach der ersten Nacht im traumhaften Garten. Der einzige Fluchtweg unseres Zimmers (nicht beschildert, keine Rauchmelder, nichts) versperrte die Gastgeberin abends, indem sie die Tür die Rezeption abschloss. Als wir wagten sie nicht abzuschließen, wieß uns die Inhaberin an sie abzuschließen.
