The experience at Hotel Bellevue Palace was truly impressive. We were welcomed by the General Manager of the hotel at check-in and all the staff members were very welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the Bern Banhof and centrally situated in the city of Bern. The room was spacious with a small balcony, a powder room, and a bathroom. The work desk also had its own power sockets compatible with various plugs from all over the world. Checkout was smooth and easy and the front desk staff (I believe it was Paula) offered to help us to load our bags to our car and gave us a bottle of water for the journey. The experience was truly 5 stars and is well worth the cost.

Attention, you are not welcome if you are not white ⚠️ The worst thing that has happened to me this year, I have never been treated so badly and humiliated anywhere! I'm writing this review 1 day later and I'm still shocked! we were purely discriminated against 08. September 2024 7:30-8:15 p.m. me and my friend visited the Hotel Bellevue. I like to go there sometimes because the atmosphere is cozy. But today will be the last time!!! People that work there are just ....!! After we finished drinking in the lobby, we wanted to take a few pictures of where the toilets are. I looked closely at the clock! We were there for exactly 16 minutes and took the time to take pictures of ourselves and the hotel! Why are tourists allowed to take pictures but we aren't?!?! Just because we aren't white?!! When me and my friend were downstairs a man came and said: “So long in the toilet? That’s not normal!” but sorry, are you okay?! Say something like that?!?! I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SOMETHING SO EMBARRASSING!!! You should be happy that people advertise for free and are enthusiastic about the hotel!!! Never again!!! I have never felt so discriminated against!!! They treated us like thieves!! And after 2 minutes a lady came and told us to leave!!! Sorry, the toilet was empty, there were only 2 people at the restaurant?!?! Why are people being monitored for how long they stay in the toilet?!?!?! I will advertise this everywhere!!! Never again!! I've been allowed to take pictures at every hotel so far and have never been checked to see how long I stay in the toilet!!! And ask if we are normal because we are at the toilet for 15 minutes? Sorry, that was pure discrimination! We were guests drinking! We have the right to be at the toilet no matter if it's 5 minutes or 15 minutes!

Der Aufenthalt war einmal mehr hervorragend in allen Bereichen. Vom check-in bis zum check-out. Personal war sehr freundlich und permanent präsent in ihrem Verhalten gegenüber dem Gast. Mein Zimmer früher zu beziehen war auch möglich und eine riesige Erleichterung für meinen ganzen Tagesablauf. Nochmals herzlichen Dank - ich habe es enorm geschätzt. F&B war auch perfekt!

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel magnifique, directement situé à côté du Palais Fédéral et de la Banque Nationale Suisse. Le service est excellent avec une mention pour le bar lors de notre dernier verre en soirée et pour un jeune nouveau collaborateur qui s'est occupé de nous lors du petit-déjeuner. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié son amabilité et son professionalisme.
