阿爾伯克爾基機場萬怡飯店(Courtyard Albuquerque Airport)

We booked a KING room, paid for it and received confirmation. Only after checking in and going to our room did we find out it was 2 double beds. When my husband went to switch rooms, one person at the desk said the kings were all booked and the other person at the desk said there was a remodel and there were not any King beds. I don't know which is true. Clearly they were not interested in helping us at all and since we had already unloaded all of our luggage we stayed there anyway. BEWARE that what you book may not be what you get and at the facility and that was not explained anywhere.

Nice hotel with decent amenities. Stayed during a cross country drive and was satisfied with my stay.

The price was right, except for amenities? People are fine and it was clean. I question the idea that Marriott charges 30$ extra and I have to look at my card to see if and when that charge goes away? No thanks. Also there was very little information about the "Bistro". What is this? No menu or info even on the TV. Is it free or is it a la carte? No information was given. Marriott can't assume "everyone" knows Marriott's practices. The carpet was old and yucky, but the cleaners can't do much to dress that up. It was clean, but not worth the extra $$.

We’ve stayed here many times and aside from spotty airport pickup service have always been happy. However this time…..Bar /restaurant opened at 5pm, yet no alcohol service due to “change of ownership “. Hmmm-this is a Marriott, no? We were sent to a room on the exterior wall even though the check in receptionist assured us it was interior/courtyard. Got a new room where the air unit sounded like it was trying to break out of the wall, bed had a “hole” in the center and the hair dryer literally fell out of the wall. Oh, and thank goodness we had an alternative alarm set bc the requested wake up call wasn’t made. If there is indeed a new owner, they have a lot of work to do.

At check-in I was charged an extra fee for using ******* to book and another for parking. To arrive as a customer and be penalized this was troubling and will affect my desire to book here again. I hope other users see this review before they choose to book here.

Will not return to a courtyard again. Security was non existent. Food service had only one person and he was the only bright spot because he tried to do it all. Coffee machine worked sometimes. Television stations were very limited. Marriot get your act together

My car was broken into right in front of the parking lot. Staff seemed dis-interested in helping in any way. Homeless in the area now makes this property unsafe. Avoid !!!!!

Vehicle broken into in less than 1 and 1/2 hours of check in. Suit case and bag take. Window broke. Had security in the parking lot driving around and still happened.

Love this place. Great staff, nice quiet rooms, parking and a very responsive 24/7 airport shuttle.
