Sauber, ruhig und gute Umgebung

This hotel is located in a business park, surrounded by office buildings and other commercial properties. I was assigned a ground-floor room that did not have blackout curtains. The curtains provided let light through everywhere, and on top of that, they were not long or wide enough to fully cover the windows. As the photos in this review show, trying to cover one section of the window simply uncovered another, so there was no way to block out the light at all. The photos were taken at night with my iPhone, but the light visible is not a camera effect. It comes from nearby businesses that keep exterior lighting, decorations, and security lights on throughout the night. Because the room is on the ground floor, that light shines directly into the room. I did not even attempt to sleep there, because it was immediately obvious that I would not get any rest in those conditions. While trying to find the hotel, I could not locate the entrance despite using the address and map link provided in the booking email. I called customer service while walking around outside in the snow with my suitcase and spent about thirty minutes trying to find check-in. The interaction on the phone was rude and unhelpful. After I complained about the lack of blackout curtains, I was moved to another room that was described as an upgrade, although it had the same problem and also lacked blackout curtains. I called again to explain the situation and to ask how anyone was expected to sleep in a room like that. No meaningful solution was offered. In the end, I left and booked another hotel. My request for a refund was denied through the booking platform. If this were a very inexpensive hotel, some of these issues might be easier to overlook. Given the price they charge, however, the experience is hard to justify, and I would not recommend staying here.

Bin oft in Berlin, aber nie wieder hier. Die Liste ist lang, aber zb trommelte um 10 Uhr morgens ein Mann an meine Tür und rief auf Englisch “Wake up! Wake up.” Ich: “äh hallo?” Er: “Sie wissen schon, dass um 11 Checkout ist?” Ich: “Aber es ist halt erst 10…?” Er: “Gut dann komm ich um 11 wieder.” Verstehe ich nicht. Ist doch meine Sache, wann mein Wecker klingelt, solange ich um 11 raus bin? Sowas ist mir noch nie passiert. WLAN ging GAR NICHT, dabei steht extra dass sie High-Speed Internet haben und ich hatte das Hotel extra wegen WLAN ausgesucht (sollte einen Zoom Call haben, musste ich absagen). Per Email freundlich angefragt ob man den Router neu starten könne oder ein anderes Zimmer verfügbar sei: keine Antwort. Über ******* geschrieben: auch keine Antwort, nie, nichts. Auch jetzt Tage später, null Kommunikation, außer es geht darum, eine Stunde vor Checkout schon an meine Tür zu trommeln.

Fantastisk ophold i superior room. Meget stille baggård og ingen larm fra byen, og når man træder ud på gaden, træder man direkte ud i Krautzberg caféerne. Lækkert værelse med egen terrasse. Indtjekning var meget bøvlet. Jeg modtog ingen indtjekningskode og det var umuligt at komme i kontakt med en ansat, så vi spildte nogle timer den første dag, på at vente på at Hotels fiksede det for os.

3 Monate im Voraus gebucht. Bezahlung verlief ruck zuck. Im Anschluß eine Bestätigung per Mail erhalten. Zwei Tage vor Antritt der Reise sollte es die Online Check In Daten geben. Bis 24 h vorher kam nichts. Niemand war erreichbar. ******* kontaktiert, Danach kamen die Daten mit dem Hinweis das man wieder erreichbar wäre. Online eingecheckt. Plus eine Gebühr für meine Arbeit. Pin zum betreten erhalten ohne Angabe der Zimmernummer. Niemand erreichbar. Nicht per Telefon. Nicht per Mail. Das Zimmer war angenehm. Heizung blieb kalt, nicht so schlimm, jedoch im Bad war es dann doch unangenehm. Schranktür defekt. Schade

Herrlich ruhig! Und toll, dass wir einen Parkplatz zu fairem Preis bekommen konnten. Der Online-Check verlief unkompliziert und freundlich.

Die zentrale, aber dennoch ruhige Lage, ermöglicht es Gästen, zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Bars bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die U-Bahn-Station sowie die Busstation (Mehringdamm) sind nur fünf Gehminuten entfernt, was eine hervorragende Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr bietet. Die zentrale Lage ist sehr zu schätzen. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet Annehmlichkeiten wie kostenfreies WLAN und Flachbildfernseher. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche gastronomische Angebote, dennoch ist die Lage wiegesagt sehr ruhig. Bei einem Problem mit dem Check-In wurde mir umgehend telefonisch geholfen und ich fühlte mich sehr gut betreut. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung meinerseits.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist vielleicht gut vorher zu wissen,dass man auf einen kleinen Hinterhof schaut, was mir aber nichts ausmachte, da ich den ganzen Tag unterwegs war. Durch die Lage im Hinterhof war es ganz wunderbar still. Die Lage in U-Bahn-Nähe, mitten imm lebendigen Kreuzberg umgeben von viel Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist natürlich hervorragend.
