GINN城市&休息室Yorck柏林(Ginn City & Lounge Yorck Berlin)

Everything was much more simple than I expected which is a good thing. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, but one thing that did surprise me (which is sort of my fault, that I did not check out the photos well enough) - the shower is open. It has 2 glass walls and it opens up to the corridor… basically is you're staying with someone else - the other person will deffinatley see you showering. Other than that, the staff was very nice. If you want a cattle, tea cups and tea/coffee, it's not in your room, but you have to go get it at the registration.

Personalen var väldigt otrevliga, hälsade knappt på gäster och kändes som att de inte ville jobba där. Frukosten var liten och ganska dålig, saknade engelska skyltar på mat och inte värt pengarna. Sängen var inte skön heller och kuddarna för små för kuddfodral. Städpersonalen bråkade om städning med varandra och kändes oprofessionella. Inte värt priset i jämförelse med andra hotell i stan.

Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Lautstärke der anderen Zimmer war in Ordnung und zwei Straßen weiter (im Wohngebiet) konnten wir kostenlos parken. Das Personal war super nett

Really enjoyed this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed the amenities such as the rooftop patio space and the lobby bar. They’re well-located in Berlin, so I was able to easily walk to plenty of restaurants, or to the nearby train station to get anywhere I needed. A great place to stay in Berlin!

Recommend! Great location (for us), a couple of minutes away from 2 nice park and dining options clean and very pleasant room, nice breakfast and staff with a smile. Improvement: Would personally appreciate a small gym, sauna. Sparkling water in the room was a nice thing, and would have been appreciated if we're an ongoing gesture on the following days of our stay.

Nice hotel and fantastic staff - they are so nice and helpful. Location is great. It’s almost brand new so it’s nice. Breakfest is great. The parking garage is great. Bites restaurant across the street is great. The bad things are that the bed is very hard. The a/c didn’t work but they offered us a new room. Wifi needs to be turned up, you can’t use it for movies. And the TV channels are all in german. Many tourists don’t understand german so a few english channels would’ve been great.

Hotel mit sehr schönen Zimmern. Online Einchecken völlig problemlos. Sehr freundliches Personal, auch bei telefonischer Anfrage über die Hotline. Parkmöglichkeiten in der öffentlichen Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Great location. Great hotel. It looks and feels new and modern. Great facilities and superb staff! The soundproofing of the rooms to the street outside was seriously high tech, too. My only disappoin**ent was to realise kettles aren’t provided in the rooms and although the wet room had a great shower, I would have liked to have had a bathtub, also. Breakfast dining was excellent!

가격대비 상당히 깨끗하고 쾌적함. 조식은 먹지 않았지만 1층에 펼쳐져있길래 슬쩍 봤더니 나름 괜찮아보임. 1층 바도 이용할만함. 지하철역에 조금 걸어야하지만 위치도 썩 나쁘지 않음.
