Nice room but their faulty hotel minibar tried to poison us when it leaked ammonia gas in our faces and we ended up in casualty. The hotel eventually paid the hospital bill but did not even offer to give us any compensation for a very frightening experience when the faulty mini bar in the room leaked ammonia gas in our faces when I opened the door. Which was like being tear gassed. You would think they would at least offer to refund us the cost of our 2 night stay. But no. After multiple phone calls to bookng.com and messages to the hotel they offered a measly £30 refund for all the upset. The room itself is nicely furnished but the reception is only for a few hours a day so when we had the issue it took a while for them to turn up. The onsite restaurant is now closed, which they didn't tell us after booking, so while there is a pretty courtyard garden there is no breakfast, drinks or dinner service so you'd have to buy a takeaway or eat elsewhere.
