河濱皇家飯店(Riverside Royal Hotel & Spa)

Alter Plattenbau, der schon ziemlich heruntergekommen ist. Webauftritt sehr geschönt. Mein sehr kleines und äusserst tristes Zimmer hatte bestenfalls Judgenherbergstandard - zu einem wirklich stolzen Preis. Nie wieder !

Don’t be fooled by the fancy reception or the pictures of the rooms on ********** - they are hugely misleading. The pics shown on ********** are rather pics of the suites. Totally false marketing. I thought I booked something extra nice but ended up in a cheap hostel like room and the top worst hotel stay ever. The security is hugely lacking as the regular hotel rooms are located on an actual floor in a regular housing building where everyone living in the building have access to the hotel area. Also, the cleaning staff had left a bunch of keys unattended in the hallway. Sharing a dirty elevator, staircase and stinky entrance with the low standard run down house building was not a pleasant experience and not what I payed for. The room was small and dirty with stains and dog- and human hair. The bed had no mattress cover and the sheets were laying directly on the bed that was full of dirt, hair and stains. The room and bathroom had no ventilation (ac is not ventilation of fresh air) so after showering it was very humid in the room for a long while. Also, due to lack of oxygen I had a headache during the whole stay. And no, keeping window open was unfortunately not an option, since any neighbour could have entered the room through the shared court area outside the window - not safe at all. The bathroom bulb was not safely secured and fell down by it self in the sink and glass shattered in front of my daughter. I reported this and the bulb was replaced but there was still shattered glass left. Poor storage for clothes, no bed lamps, no internal phone, no blanket, no conditioner and absolutely nothing extra, a real low budget feeling. I reported my huge disappoin**ent both after checking in and at check out and the staff was understanding but I still haven’t heard from any supervisor or manager.

The location of the hotel is fantastic and just in the middle of everything. We were on a family trip with me, my husband, my brother and my mother. Therefore we booked 3 rooms (2 single and 1 double). All of the rooms were very nice and clean. One of the single rooms had view over the river, which was very beautiful. The people in the reception was friendly and helpful most of the time. The breakfast was okay, but the young male chef/ employee was not at all service-minded and seemed very uninterested, and with a bad attitude. The breakfast was nothing special, but it was okay.

Von außen machte das Hotel keinen so überzeugenden Eindruck - Plattenbau eben - aber die Lage ist sehr schön: direkt am Fluß, sehr nahe an der Friedrichstraße. Das Zimmer (eine Suite) konnte aber dann wirklich überzeugen: sehr geräumig, nett eingerichtet, schöne Badezeile, tolle Aussicht. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut - von daher jederzeit sehr gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist an einer super Lage und zu Fuss ist man schnell überall. das Personal war leider desinteressiert und schenkte den Gästen keine Beachtung. Ich benötigte für meine Medikamente einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Unser Zimmer war das einzige, welche keiner hatte… Ich musste fast darum betteln, damit mir das Personal einen kleinen Kühlschrank zur Verfügung stellte. Schlussendlich hat es dann geklappt, Danke dafür. Das Frühstücksbuffet war toll und lecker. Die Zimmer geräumig und sauber.

Habia rezervado una suite , que costo 700€ con un mes de antelación y rezulta que al llegar no estaba disponible, cuando me queje a la recepción, su respuesta fue: que quieres que haga yo?, estamos full, al final me dieron otra( que no tiene nada que ver con la que habia rezervado), tambien me dijeron que el aqua está incluida, pero luego estaba en la lista de precios. Ne pusieron 4 capsulas de cafe( que también estaba incluido )para 2 personas que estan 4 dias en el hotel, vamos una cápsula para 2 personas. Cuando entramos a la habitación me di cuenta de que el espejo estaba sucio, y a seguido sucio toda la estancia. Una decepción total
