前枱的員工很好👍熱情款待、介紹我們去好的餐廳🍴也可以延遲退房！位置對面就是柏林圍牆、西！河邊還可以看到日落🌄⋯⋯！門口就🈶️巴士去車站！非常好👍⋯⋯推介大家入住 早餐🥣也好美味！

10 mins walk to warschauer strabe s bahn/u bahn station. Next to mercedes benz arena and east side mall with rewe and restaurant. Can take bus 300 directly from hotel to various tourist spots conveniently.

酒店很新，裝修時尚。服務很棒，尤其是早餐的工作人員，他們會過來檢查我是否需要什麼。我在酒店度過了非常舒適的兩天——柔軟的床，乾淨且氣味宜人的房間，寬敞且設備齊全。巴士站就位於酒店外面，可帶您前往主要車站。肯定會再次入住。

很棒的酒店，地理位置優越。附近有很好的餐館，路邊就有地鐵。

Ich bin (war) seit 3 Jahren regelmässig Gast im Indigo Eat Side Gallery Hotel. Positiv: sehr freundliches Personal und eine gute verkehrstechnische Anbindung. Die Einrichtung ist modern und gepflegt. Negativ: Bislang wurde jeden Tag in den Zimmern ein Service (Bett machen, Müll Entsorgung und Bad Service) durchgeführt. Dies ist seit April 24 offensichtlich nicht mehr der Fall. Eine Zimmerreinigung findet nach Aussage des Hotel-Personals nur noch alle 4 Tage statt, dh es wird in den Service-freien Intervallen weder Müll entsorgt, noch das Bett gemacht, noch sonst ein feststellbarer Service am Zimmer vorgenommen. Während in den meisten mir bekannten, nachhaltig wirtschaftenden Hotels Gäste eingeladen werden Nachhaltigkeitsprinzipen anzuwenden (zB Handtuchwechsel nur bei Bedarf, etc), bietet das Indigo Hotel eine Wahl nicht an. Ein entsprechender Hinweis auf den Mangel eines Opt-In vor oder bei der Buchung der Übernachtung erfolgte in meinem Fall nicht. Der Front-Desk informierte mich auf Nachfrage, dass dies eben Programm sei. Wenn ich unbedingt darauf bestehe, könne man eine teilweise Ausnahme machen und zB den Papierkorb leeren. Mehr sei aber nicht möglich.

Cute hotel with a cool vibe across the street from a portion of the old Berlin Wall that has very interesting murals (done in the early 1990s and renewed in the last few years) generally on the theme of the wall falling. Our room had a great view of the wall and the river, but the window, while floor to ceiling, was on the narrow side—maybe 3-4 feet wide. The hotel is away from the most heavily touristed part of the City in an interesting, somewhat gritty part of former East Berlin. Perfectly safe feeling. It is what we were looking for but it is a 20 minute walk to the central sites like the Brandenburg Gate (there is a bus stop on a quick line in that direction right out front and an S-Bahn (tram) stop on a line that goes everywhere about 10 minutes away).

We primarily booked in here for the location (we were going to a concert 200 meters away at the Mercedes Arena) and because of the good reviews. The good reviews are totally valid. Everyone we talked to (front desk staff in the morning and evening, waiting staff at the breakfast) were exceedingly friendly and helpful. When you’ve been on a long trip, getting a friendly and helpful welcome is important. We basically just took advantage of the room obviously (small-ish but stylish and following the “trendy East Berlin” style that gave it some character - with a great bathroom - and some freebies in the bar), the breakfast (delicious and lots of choice), and the reception (who in addition to checking in and checking out, also helped us printing something out). We didn’t take advantage of the rooftop bar (we had bad weather so any thought of rooftop anything was off the agenda). Despite being close to more than one entertainment arena, we didn’t suffer from noise from outside even though we overlooked a public area. The hotel is across the road from a remaining piece of the Berlin Wall if you want to “been there, done that” with that. The hotel is near-ish to an S-Bahn and U-Bahn station (different stations, same name, Warschauer Straße), nearer to a fairly respectable shopping mall (East Side Gallery), and possibly more important for tourists, has one of the 3 public transport bus routes that are great for tourists (100, 200, 300) - the 300, on its doorstep. That’ll take you to Alexanderplatz and almost to the Brandenburg Gate (and lets you change to the 100 and 200 buses).

I stayed here as part of a business trip and was really impressed. The rooms and common areas were trendy and extremely clean. We got checked in by a man called Duran (sorry for the misspelling) and he was the most polite and helpful receptionist I have ever dealt with. A true asset to the hotel. I am already planning my next trip back.

The most wonderful hotel. Brilliant location, super friendly staff who go above and beyond for guests. I got an early check in, missed housekeeping but they came back to do my room, nothing is too much hassle for them. Reasonably priced too. Rooms are really lovely and comfortable, very clean, great wifi service, lovely spacious bathrooms with lovely quality products. Great bar on the top floor too. I cannot fault the place, I was there on business and when not in the office it was easy to work either at the desk in my room or in the hotel lobby - lots of space and nice and quiet. Great coffee too!

Honestly, I think this hotel is better than the pictures make it out to be (stop underselling yourself, you deserve the world Indigo). I've stayed in larger rooms, and hotels with more perks, but this honestly was perfect for what I wanted and needed. Just the right amount of space. An awesome bathroom, probably my favorite of all the hotels I stayed during my recent trip in Europe. The aircon was essential since I was there during a heatwave. And I lucked out with a room overlooking the Spree and former Berlin Wall. With bars, tourists, and musicians outside, I was worried it was going to be loud - but wow, those windows are really sound proof. There was only one night I really heard the bass of some music and it stopped by 10/11pm. The hotel is right next to the Mercedes-Benz stadium and this brand new complex of restaurants/cafes. They all looked more on the chain side so I didn't really go to any of them (Tony Roma's lol), but if you're starving and just wanna eat something close by, there are 8-10 options literally outside the front door. The only con I have (which is NOT the hotel's doing in any universe) is the location is a decent distance between two S/U-bahn stations, so you'll have to walk 10-15min to get to one. It's not a bad walk, but it's also not a quick jaunt. One final note to anyone allergic to bees: The trees along the street are basically bee hives - every one had tons and tons of bees in them. They don't really stray far from the trees, but just a heads up in case you have any concerns. If I needed to be in this corner of Berlin again, I would definitely stay here. Wir waren für eine Nacht im Indigo in der anliegenden Mercedes-Benz Arena ein Konzert zu besuchen. Das gesamte Hotel hat ein tolles Design Konzept welches sich bis in die Zimmer durchsetzt, mit vielen kleinen Details. Der Service war durchgehend perfekt, besonders im Gastrobereich. Das Hotel ist gut fussläufig vom Bahnhof Ost zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und alles war in Ordnung ! Tolle Aufteilung, schönes Bad ! Zudem gab es eine schöne Aussicht auf die Spree ! Wir waren zudem sehr überrascht von der Ruhe, die Zimmer sind sehr gut gedämmt. Man hat nichts vom Flur gehört ! WLAN funktionierte tadellos! Das Frühstück können wir empfehlen! Es ist alles vorhanden. Auf sämtliche Unverträglichkeiten oder Vegane Ernährung ist man vorbereitet. Einfach das Personal fragen. Einzig negativer Punkt ist die Tür zum Badezimmer, diese dämmt keinerlei Geräusche. Also TV/Radio laut aufdrehen 😅 Tipp: das anliegende Restaurant „Spreewirtschaft“ hat tolle und leckere Gerichte sowie eine gute Weinauswahl.
