Einrichtung war Mega es war sehr sauber alles in allem sehr sehr gut

Hotelli oli todella siisti. Palvelu erittäin ystävällistä. Saimme neuvoja ja tietoja pyytämättä junaliikennettä parhaillaan koskevan lakon vuoksi. Hotellin sijainti oli keskellä hyviä liikenneyhteyksiä. Varsinaista aamiaista ei hotellissa ollut ainakaan tammikuussa tarjolla, mutta lähistöllä oli useita hyviä kahviloita, joista vastapäisen Cafe Bello Chiccon aamiainen oli maukas ja paikka tunnelmallinen.

Keinerlei Speisen nur Getränke , kein Frühstück, Rezeption spricht nur englisch, als wir um 3 Uhr nachts ins Hotel kamen fand direkt gegenüber eine Techno Party statt unmöglich zu schlafen die Bässe wummerten bis 6 Uhr morgens auf die Frage ob die sich wegen der unfassbaren Lautstärke mal kümmern könnten hieß es nur wir sind kein Hotel sie haben ein Apartment gemietet da müssen Sie sich selbst drum kümmern sprich leider trotz schöner Zimmer null service

I enjoyed the charm of this hotel however the hallway carpet and paint were subpar giving it an eerie feeling. Tiles on the bottom of the shower were coming undone and toiletries were not topped off. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location was ok as traveling by u ban necessary.

Stayed in the Lux11 Berlin Mitte for a number of nights and cannot fault it, a fantastic option for anyone visiting Berlin. A brilliant location only 2 min walk from Alexanderplatz hfb, and loads of other connections via S-bahn, bus, tram across the city. Suite is a great size and extremely comfortable and well maintained. Reception counter team are excellent and super friendly. Definitely will stay here again.

Really good base for our first trip to Berlin. So many transport options within 5 minutes and just 15 mins walk to the Museumsinsel. Having the kitchen facilities in room was a great option for breakfast although there were several options close by. Room was very comfortable. We would use this hotel again

Er veldig flott hotel som holder høy standard. Romslige og mye lysinnlipp ,arkitektur som virkelig falt i god smak hos oss. Hotellet ligger også veldig godt posisjonert. Veldig sentralt til det meste. Også veldig hyggelig ansatte i resepsjonen .

We had a one if the big suites, tonnes of room with great big windows and high ceilings. I like modern decor but this was a bit too stark for me, grey & white everything, no pictures on the wall and not even a single coat hook. There’s a big area that could have held a wardrobe but instead just an open hanging rail and a shelf you can just about squeeze 2 bags onto. Some drawers or at least some hanging hooks would make a difference. Also lighting is very dark so in the evenings the overall feel is a bit depressing. Anyway good points - great shower, separated living area with small kitchen, nice and clean, loads of room. The location is excellent, lots of shops & restaurants nearby and really easy access to trains, trams & buses
