Just like every other hostel in Berlin, their system is biased towards their workers and not the clients. For example they offered me to do the laundry for 9 Euros when I got my clothes back they smelt very bad and worse than their initial condition. When I complained about it , they were like “what do you expect us to do” , and they acted like it was not their responsibility. They simply didn’t care about the complaint and never admitted that their laundry system is trash. In Berlin, (Hostels e specifically )expect to not get your full rights, and unfortunately you can’t do much about it. Workers will side with each other to make you look wrong, till you’re just hopeless about getting your rights or what you paid for. Also their shower system is extremely irritating which they never mention. If you use the shower it cuts off the water every 30 seconds so you don’t consume much water. If you’re taking a dump the electricity goes off and it’s just you in a black dark space. You pay money, but they rip your rights. These are the systems in Berlin Hostels. It’s just a pure shame.

This was a great hostel in Berlin. Neighborhood was super cool and it was the most lively of the hostels we stayed at during this trip in Euro. We got lucky with our room as it was down a hall by itself and even though it was near kitchen it was pretty quiet. The staff was super nice and helpful and the room was spacious despite being 6 beds. Bathroom was also nice and clean. Only complaint would be it's on the pricier side for hostels, and the kitchen did not have much to use for cooking compared to others.

Das Hostel liegt direkt an der U-Bahn Station Mehringdamm. Die Lage ist also großartig. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bett war wirklich superbequem. Das Frühstück war reichlich, frisch und lecker. 1 Stern Abzug für die sehr abgewohnte und dringend renovierungsbedürftige Einrichtung. Auch ist es durch die direkte Lage am Mehringdamm nachts ziemlich laut. Wer nur eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit sucht ist hier genau richtig. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten.
