這次是參加柏林馬拉松訂的酒店，距離勃蘭登堡門兩公裏左右。酒店的設施非常齊全，房間內的空間很大，優越於柏林的大部份高檔型酒店，非常好的體驗，下次去就定他們家了，沒有之一。物超所值，5星好評吧。但是需付300歐的住房壓金，這個可以理解的。

I had a pleasant stay, check it was easy, the room was comfortable and pretty spacious as well. The staff was nice, everything was clean, Ill probably come back to this hotel for my next stay in Berlin.

Arrived to find out that the hotel has ZERO air conditioning on one of the hottest days of the year. We requested extra pillows and were told that they would bring them right away, but they never arrived. The TV had only 20 or so channels and there was not a SINGLE English language channel, even the US channels had German audio. Unlike most hotels, TV settings were OFF LIMITS and I was told it was IMPOSSIBLE to change the language. Their mediocre continental breakfast costs €21 per person, more than twice the price it was worth. Forget about it! Someone broke glass in Room 105 and cleaning staff failed to clean properly, so I cut my foot and bled all over the floor. Management could have cared less. Das Hotel wirbt als IBIS Potsdamerplatz, hat aber rein gar nichts damit zu tun. Ca. 1200m entfernt, also näher am Checkpoint Charlie als am Potsdamer Platz. Ärgerlich war das, weil ich eine schwere Unfallverletzung habe und mich echt quälen musste, die 1200m mit Gepäck zu laufen.. Dafür können die Mitarbeiter im Hotel nichts. Sie waren allesamt freundlich und bemüht. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind schlicht. Ist eben ein ”Budget” Hotel. Dafür war aber alles i.O. Das Frühstück ist preiswert und lecker, allerdings nicht besonders umfangreich. Für den Preis angemessen. Vom Hotel kommt man mit der S-Bahn gut weg und überall hin. Berlin eben.

整體房間舒適，乾淨，整齊。reception員工友善有禮。但房間除毛巾外，並沒有提供其他物品，需自備。非常鄰近火車站，性價比高。

我總是在媽媽拜訪柏林時為她預訂這家酒店，它靠近不錯的商店和咖啡館，並且在不錯的地區。工作人員非常樂於助人，第二天還會打印她的登機證。她通常不預訂早餐，因此無法對此發表評論。

酒店緊挨着希特勒的地堡，希特勒最後的時光就在這個地堡裏度過。旁邊都是各國大使館，位置沒得説。 晚上房間有點冷，可能是沒來暖氣吧^_^

I loved this hotel at first sight ! BIg and clean rooms with a fantastic breakfast ! i missed sauna but friends of mine confirm me that they spend there a great time ! Be there during an event has been really pleasant ! Well served with taxi due to far distance from city center.

I recently visited this hotel with my boyfriend and I was very impressed. We arrived a little before check-in and we were allowed to go to our room. the room was very spacious with an extremely comfy bed and amazing shower. Also on the last day our flight was not for a while and were were allowed to wait in the lobby after checkout which had lovely sofas and seating areas. It was quiet and there were people working in there. The staff were very lobely and was great for the price.

By the time this incident happened, I have already completed a 4 days stay in the hotel and was willing to increase my stay. For that purpose, I went to Mrs. Hausweld and asked to please consult the availability and the price of the rooms for extra nights. In response, I was told that the final price, including the city tax for 3 additional nights would be 350 euros with breakfast included. Consequently, I was willing to go along with that reservation and requested to pay by card. Afterward, then Mrs. Hausweld offered me the POS terminal to go along with the payment, and the amount ascended to 419 euros. Due to that unexpected difference, I kindly asked for an explanation and was told that 419 euros were the final price, and if I was not happy with it I would need to leave the hotel immediately. As a result, I kindly refused to pay that amount and asked her to please consult the price for two nights instead of three. In response to that, the front desk manager told me that no more rooms were available for me and that I needed to check out now and leave the hotel. Following that conversation, I went on Booking.com and reserved a room for the same days, without breakfast, and surprisingly rooms were still available. Next, I went to the front desk and asked to please pay for my booking Mrs. Hausweld looked at me in an unfriendly manner and told me she could not find any reservation. After 5 minutes of searching, she could finally open my booking. Then, although I already provided a credit card in my booking, she asked me to show it to her because she was not believing that it was not mine. I answered that the card was in effect mine and offered her to have a look, but it did not have any numbers on it. So she got ahead to request me to write down my credit card details, including the CVV code, on a piece of paper as ”a security”. Afterward, I was asked again by her if I would like breakfast or not, despite I selected the no breakfast option on booking.com. A moment later I was offered the POS terminal to pay by card, which stated an amount 30 euros higher that the price I booked the room for on this site. Due to the reoccurrence of the same, previous situation again, I refused to pay and respectfully asked her why the price was higher again. Mrs. Hauweld answered in a very disrespectful manner that I asked her to have breakfast included and that I was confusing her again. After that situation, I kindly asked them to speak with her supervisor. She answered, that she had no supervisor and was the only person working in the hotel for the whole weekend. That experience left me in complete disbelief of her professionality and her being in that important role in the hotel. However, despite that bad experience with that particular staff member, I would like to note that the other front desk managers were very friendly and helpful at all times.
