Des confortables chalets au milieu des montagnes, vues exceptionnelles pour notre chalet en particulier. Les repas sont servis en buffets, plutôt bons. Restaurant assez bruyant quand il y a des groupes. Les ballades au départ du chalet sont magnifiques. Possibilités de faire des randonnées dans le parc national à proximité. Les chalets sont équipés pour se préparer à manger si besoin.

le We recently stayed at Alpine Heath Resort and was extremely disappointed to find that some of our clothes mysteriously disappeared from our unit during our stay. It's unacceptable for a holiday destination to have such lax security measures in place, and I would strongly advise against staying here until they address this serious issue. The only person who had access to our unit was the cleaning lady. After reporting this, they still failed to get back to us.

It’s just too hot and no air conditioners in the units and no privacy. The fans are grossly inadequate. The unit is too small for 6 people in my view and needs a big upgrade. Maintenance seems to be lacking. I remember Alpine Heath being one of the best resorts, but I wouldn’t go again unless there is a massive upgrade.

The resort is beautiful, and the staff are supper friendly. Checked in after 19H00 and made a call to the reception to ask for someone to change beds from twin to double and they were there in a minute. I really enjoyed my stay

The star of this resort is its staff. From the day we arrived every single person we encountered were always pleasant and helpful. We didn't see any managers of the resort. The food is average but freshly made. There is a little shop which has all the basics you might need. Lovely free entertainment for the family. Just a lovely vibe. The units are well stocked but in desperate need of an upgrade, the units were cleaned everyday very well. But the general condition of the units need a good deep clean. There's lots of lovely walks on the property and we enjoyed the horse riding and shooting activities. Overall a lovely trip and I do hope they invest in upgrading for future visits.

A huge shout out to rakeem who made my horse riding experience the best! Another shout out to the receptionist with the curly hair (I forgot her name) she was incredible and made sure my stay was exceptional. My waitress Talia was incredible as well. Will defs be back!
