AHA高山草甸度假村(Aha Alpine Heath Resort)

Absolutely fantastic in EVERY single way! Beautiful location, wonderful amenities, exceptional programming providing oodles of fun for ALL ages (even when the weather did not cooperate and it rained way more than we’d hoped it would), fantastic staff providing outstanding service, excellent food offerings, great hikes offering breathtaking views, … I could go on and on! We will definitely be back as soon as we can!!!

le We recently stayed at Alpine Heath Resort and was extremely disappointed to find that some of our clothes mysteriously disappeared from our unit during our stay. It's unacceptable for a holiday destination to have such lax security measures in place, and I would strongly advise against staying here until they address this serious issue. The only person who had access to our unit was the cleaning lady. After reporting this, they still failed to get back to us.

Not sure if there is any other resort that has the best comfort and activities than THIS, definitely value for money! Overall the best Adults kept quite entertained as well so not just for kids! Recommended

It's been a while since I've been there everything was perfect especially the activities they had kept me company the food was awesome the shalley is what I wanted to talk about the most it's only the beds are too small for me to sleep on but the only option was to move the two beds each other to make a normal bed the sleeping experience was a bit uncomfortable please try to make the beds a bit bigget. One thing that might be a bit out of context is the mini flies that irritate me I'm not so sure how to get rid of them but it is really a pain to SWAT them away and yet they still come back and I hope this problem is also fixed. I hope this had got the attention to understand that these changes need to be made thanks.

It’s just too hot and no air conditioners in the units and no privacy. The fans are grossly inadequate. The unit is too small for 6 people in my view and needs a big upgrade. Maintenance seems to be lacking. I remember Alpine Heath being one of the best resorts, but I wouldn’t go again unless there is a massive upgrade.

The resort is secure, clean and full of FUN activities for the whole family - most of the activities which are FREE of charge, unlike other hotels. Scenic views. Perfect for hiking. Perfect for kids and teenagers. Many enjoyable places nearby in case you want to get some freshair out of the resort.

Very clean place, the chalet was neat and everyday cleaning was a bonus, towels looks new and spotless. Loved the whole day activities for kids and families. The resort is very child friendly. Beautiful Mountain View’s

The location was absolutely amazing. The views were stunning!!! There’s many activities to do at the resort so you will never be bored. Rooms are very hot especially if you’re travelling in the summer. The bathroom was not that clean however overall the resort was amazing.

Beautifully situated, good facilities Pool, bar, spa, hiking, horse riding etc. Staff are friendly and supportive. The 3 bed chalets r smallish, but, well spaced out. Chalets need air conditioning, and the pool needs to be heated. We used our timeshare, which made it affordable. I'm not too sure I would pay @ R4.7k/night.
