卡薩馬里奧盧波飯店

De locatie is onverslaanbaar, in Città Alta, op twee stappen van Piazza Vecchia en de kabelbaan (funicolare) die je naar Città Bassa brengt. In het appartement is alles wat je nodig hebt. Het bed is zeer comfortabel, de badkamer met ligbad en bidet, het balkon met uitzicht op de binnenplaats en de daken van Bergamo. Het is een droomstad in een prachtig huis en met het zeer liefdevolle gastgezin heeft alles bij elkaar deze dagen tot een onvergetelijke reis gemaakt.

Wir haben spontan und kurzfristig gebucht. Der Gastgeber war sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, sauber und zweckmässig, die Lage in der Altstadt von Bergamo unübertrefflich. Ein Aufenthalt lohnt sich, wir kommen gerne wieder!

La posizione è assolutamente ottima: in pieno centro storico di Bergamo Alta. Anche la casa è antica e molto bella. Peccato per l'arredamento piuttosto datato che, con piccoli accorgimenti, potrebbe essere molto più accogliente. La colazione non è stata soddisfacente.

What a fantastic place to stay in Bergamo. You are literally next door to the cathedral and the amazing basilica di Santa Maria. The most impressive church I have ever visited. Accommodation was brilliant with a real historic feeling. The breakfast was plentiful and very fresh. Provides a great start to the day. Gian the host and owner was exceptional and could not be any more helpful and knowledgeable. A great few days stay and although our visit to Bergamo was in relation to football I would without doubt visit the city again and book here as well.

Have just come back from 4 nights at Casa Mario Lupo. This is a great place to stay right in the old town of Bergamo. The accommodation is brilliant - room very spacious and very clean. We stayed in June with outside temperatures exceeding 30oC but room was always cool. You also have access to a nice roof top terrace which is great place to relax. It is located right in the centre of Citta Alta just of the main street, Via Gombito, but it is very quiet. The owner, Gianmoura, is brilliant - very friendly and helpful. If you are planning to visit Bergamo I would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed at the Mario Lupo for three nights . The hotel is wonderfully located in the heart of the Citta Alta . The rooms are set in an 18th century building and are clean and well equipped . The owner , Gianmoura is so attentive and helpful. He even arranged our transport to and from the airport - and our return was at 4:30am ! We certainly recommend this accommodation for a stay in the truly wonderful city of Bergamo
