Hostess Elisa was very responsive , helpful and gave clear and easy to follow instructions on self check in process . Apar**ent ( arleccino ) was spacious , well ventilated , clean , bright and very thoughtfully & well fitted out with everything for a comfortable stay . Beds were comfortable and the air-conditioning worked very well in the hot summer days . Location was steps away from the plaza vecchia , yet quiet and had a little terrace overlooking some rooftops and the mountains behind . Couldn’t have asked for a better apar**ent ! Thanks for a fabulous stay !

Absolutely superb accommodation in the Citta’ Alta. It’s is situated just off the Piazza Vecchia - it’s is right in the heart of the old town yet it is so quiet at night. You access the property though a door from Via Gombito and through a courtyard. The owner sends you a video of how to access the property with the door codes. The apar**ent is lovely - looks like it was recently refurbished. Nice comfy bed and everything is so clean. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains. I cannot fault this place in any way. The owner contacted us to ensure we were happy with everything and she arranged a taxi back to the airport for us. Bergamo is one of the nicest places I have visited - absolutely beautiful old town. The ‘new’ town Citta Bassa is also really nice to visit. We will definitely come back and we will stay at this guest house. Grazie Mille!

These comfortable rooms are right next door to Plaza Vecchia. The check-in is easy. The rooms are comfortable for sleeping. There is no breakfast served.

Wow - loved it! Apar**ent - absolutely gorgeous, well maintained, nicely furnished, very clean, air conditioning and a beautiful little balcony with views over the mountains loved sitting out in the evening with a glass of wine and a coffee in the morning watching the birds. Very quiet despite being in the centre. The main entrance is just of the street and you walk through a little courtyard up to the apar**ent. Location - perfect, in the main part of the old city, lots of restaurants, bars, shops just outside the main entrance. Not far from the funicular which takes you into Bergamo. Host- excellent sent very clear instructions on WhatsApp about accessing the apar**ent. Parking is available but need to advise host that this is required. Had a slight issue with the parking whatsapp owner who sent someone to help us. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend and would return.

Arlecchino apar**ent comfortable for family of 4. Well appointed, small balcony with lovely view. Great communication and easy self-check-in.

We had an excellent stay. The room was perfect, comfortable bed, a sofa to relax, a table to eat and a small kitchen to prepare breakfast and lunch. Plus a small balcony for a pre-dinner drink overlooking the beautiful countryside. We ate dinner in the many excellent restaurants. Elisa who administered our stay could not have been more helpful. Very prompt in replying with detailed information. The whole place was spotless, we forgot an item and had to return when the cleaner was there and she was being incredibly thorough. Can highly recommend

Absolutely terrific communication . I appreciated the contact with the parking garage and the hands on all around . Small practical place stayed one night but we enjoyed it . Thanks !!

The property was right in the old town area and had everything we needed within steps to our front door.
