Our modern, BRAND NEW home overlooks Old Tiger Track with three Slaughter Pen mountain bike trailheads and paved trails just a few feet away - offering a true bike or hike in & out experience! Access approximately 250+ miles of single track for your biking or hiking adventures right from the garage! Our bike-friendly home also features secure bike storage and luxury amenities for when you're off the saddle. ★ Not pet-friendly. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home.
