A beautiful location in all seasons, nestled by a pond on a 6-acre wooded lot just 5 minutes from downtown Cheboygan. This above garage apartment has a private entrance, living area with workstation, a kitchenette, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, in suite washer/dryer, Internet & TV. On-site parking for car plus a boat or trailer.
