I was not happy with not having a usb port and aircon. The mattrees was noisty and uncomfortable. I was in room 229. The shower had mould. The curtain in the bathroom was very old and dirty.

Our Stay was very affordable. The reception was very welcoming. The room was clean. It was very busy because of the conference group at the restaurant. Food platter we had was good.

Anew Hotel OR Tambo is great for meetings and conferencing. Located near a lake, it offers beautiful views, clean and comfortable rooms.

I booked 4 rooms as I was attending the Cinference. 15H00 I went to check in I was told it's still early I must come back arround 16H00 , when I questioned that when I booked online I was told check in time is 14H00 the Mama at the reception was very rude told me it's not checknin time with attitude. I told her that online this is what it's saying she gave me 3 room keys and told me I must come back later for the other keys. In the morning the noise at the corridors staff is screaming not talking. Very bad experience I had at this Hotel.
