Pas extraordinaire mais fait l’affaire pour une nuit. Manque d’isolation on entend tout à l’extérieur…. Un peu plus éloigné de l’aéroport que certain autres hôtel type garden court. Le cadre est très jolie par contre. Petit déjeuner trop simple

The location was confusing especially when it is called Anew hotel OR Tambo. I thought it is around OR Tambo. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable beds since the rooms have 2 beds. I enjoyed the food both breakfast, lunch and dinner. it is indeed value for money.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel - friendly staff, good food, comfortable rooms, and affordability. The TV however, did not have sports channels at. I would have liked a hotel as well with gym facilities, especially after spending the whole day seated in the conference

Front desk staff very professional and helpful. I was happy with their service. I arrived late afternoon and they were ready for me. The waiting time to be served was short. They were very quick and efficient.

Hotel is nice and safe. Quite clean. We were not happy about not having a fridge in the room. It didn't make sense.

My overall stay was very good, was better than expected actually. But warnings about the Wi-Fi not being good enough would have been great.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room lacked proper charging points for 2-pin plugs, which made it very inconvenient. The shower was rusted and even released rusty water, which was unacceptable. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable, the bedding was torn, and the overall room was dark with an old, gloomy carpet. Maintenance across the room was clearly neglected. In addition, the room was located very far from the main area, and the signage directing guests was poor and confusing. Overall, the hotel needs serious improvements in upkeep and guest comfort.

It was diappointing to get a shuttle and to be asked to pay a deposit to access accossries such as adaptors. An option to swipe was not even provided, leading to a great inconvinience.

The executive suite was spacious and the bed was comfortable but the general feeling was low budget. The bathroom needs to be renovated - it is not a luxury experience to shower if a window cannot close due to rust.
