你該換床了。這是非常不舒服的。我根本睡不著。我晚上每小時都會醒來。 也別指望能看到大海。 窗戶看到的景色很糟糕。

Exelente experiencia , trato muy agradable , mi mejor experiencia fue en el Restaurante Casa Mia , restaurante Habibi la comida de la cena es muy muy buena (solo cenamos , tambien sirven desayno y lunch) , el Restaurante Tavola esta super bueno , lo unico q no me agrado fue que las bebidas no tenian consistencia , solo encontramos el bar del loby un batender q si te daba un exelente servicio y tenia consistencia inclusive recordaba exactamente la bebida de tu preferencia y te la servia muy atento y el chico , minimo ocupas 10 dias en para poder experimentar cenanas , almuerzos y desayunos .

Overall experience was bad due to the upsells they do. We were told if we sit and do 90 min presentation ( learn about the benefits of becoming palace resorts members) we will receive credit that can be used towards the trip expenses and at the end if we don’t like it we don’t have to become members. In the presentation they offered different kind of packages with different ranges of membership fees. It wasn’t for us so we decided not the become the member but the sale wouldn’t take NO for an answer. His behaviour got super rude ( his name is Victor) . This experience ruined our vacation.

It was great most but dining server people was not so kind. When I waiting table for dinner, they did not pick up name ordering. They checked name and picked them up. Somehow my name was not pick from them. After complaining, they allowed me entering right away. It was very bad experience even though it was just one time experience. Otherwise everyone was so nice.

Room and facility area is good. Dining systems is not good especially with larger group.. limited dining options. Reservation system didn’t to figure out wait time. Restaurants not needing reservations had long wait many times. grand Buffet hall also needs reservations which didn’t leave any options. Need more activities for kids. circus restaurant food was terrible. Habibi was good. Resort Credits were not allowed to be used on many times.

Excelente propiedad, muy buen servicio. Un lugar al que se puede volver, realmente 6 noches no son suficientes para disfrutar de todas opciones que brinda, la app es súper útil, te mantiene informado de todas las actividades, restaurante, hace que el servicio sea mucho más rápido. Si tuviera una buena playa fuera el hotel perfecto, la arena es muy blanca pero el mar no es el mejor, pero realmente la instalación es insuperable.

Me gustaron las amenidades y restaurantes. No me gusto que no tomaban en cuenta nuestros comentarios respecto a no prender el A/A de la habitación y no dejaban las toallas completas. También hay mucho ruido en las habitaciones conjuntas, falta privacidad en ese sentido.

Had a great time at the resort. The food was just amazing this time around. All the restaurants we tried were great. We had so many options. The resort was also very clean and the staff went the extra mile to make the guests comfortable. Will definitely visit again.
