I lodged at the hotel with my family, and I absolutely loved every experience. The ambience of the hotel was great, the staffs were professional and friendly their banga soup and black soup is the best I have tasted. The rooms are big and welcoming, their pool is a top notch and actually the best in Benin city. I'm definitely coming back whenever I visit Benin

it is a place to be,from the reception to the portal and then the Restaurant their services is top notch my stay was so so beautiful. if you're looking for a place to stay while in Benin city I will recommend Randekhi Royal hotel

The reception into Randekhi Gold hotel is truly gold standard. Right from the front desk with the guest relations policy to room service, the hard work and dedication to ensure the comfort of all clients are state of the art. Randekhi Gold is a must visit

When I arrived at the Randekhi Gold Hotel they wanted to offer me a room that was too small and very dirty, only after 30 minutes of discussion they gave me another room. When I was in the new room all was very dirty, the TV was broken, the fridge was with mold, the toilet smelled, the electricity didn't work and the air conditioning didn't work either. It was said that the breakfast buffet goes at 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., but when I went to the buffet at 8 a.m. there was no more food, I was only offered two slices of bread without butter. In addition, the staff was not very friendly, a specially a fat woman at the reception named Ehi, she was very unprofessional and unfriendly. The hotel needs better cleaning women, the windows, cupboards and so on were very dirty. If you want to have a nice time in Benin City, I wouldn't recommend the hotel to you.😢😢😢
