Приветливый, услужливый персонал. Просторная комната, но очень уж простоватая. Очень чисто. Жесткий матрас, удовлетворительное качество сна. Вид из окна на очень узкую улицу и соседнюю стену. До пляжа 2 минуты. Парковка супермаркета Mercadona 24,6 евро за ночь, но есть лайфхак - если в супермаркете совершить покупку на 18 евро, то дадут талон на 1 час бесплатной парковки. Оставляете машину вечером, приходите когда хотите, идете в супермаркет, покупаете на 18 евро и больше, необходимых продуктов, получаете талон на выезд из парковки и бесплатно по нему выезжаете.

10th anniversary trip.Non refundable room booking…paid extra bottle of cava in room €12.50.Cancelled due death of mother and all I asked if Cava could be refunded.Ignored all emails.It’s all about the money which I lost but to act this way proves they care about 1 thing and 1 thing only MONEY.

We spent 2 nights in this lovely little hotel and we loved it. It was so near to seafront, bars and restaurants and was so clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and the beds were really comfortable. Price was great too. Look no further if you’re looking for a great little place to stay.

Stayed for 3 nights. I have stayed here a couple of times before. Superior room is massive and actually had a bath in it. Balcony was small but that’s never an issue for me, might be for others so it might be worth checking with the hotel 1st if you want a bigger balcony. Breakfast was excellent and offered a good variety of quality products. This is a nice and peaceful hotel to be honest and excellently located in the heart of the old town with Tapas alley literally 30 seconds away. Room was clean and spotless the staff are very accommodating. I only dropped it a star as the shower pressure and hot water temperature could have been a lot better, also the tea and coffee facility was non existent and so I provided my own. But that might have just been an over site by the cleaning staff and to be fair I probably could have asked. There were no instructions either on how to use the air-con or heater so it was a bit tough to navigate the controls. I would come back again as it’s a consistent hotel that still offers a very good stay. Thank you to all the staff, I see how hard you work.

What a fabulous small hotel. So friendly and in a perfect location in the old town. Was very quiet and away from main streets. Staff are lovely and the hotel is so clean!! Rooms are comfortable.. it’s a no frills hotel but perfect. Had breakfast one morning which was great value and delicious.. will definitely return

Just got back from a 4 night stay in this lovely little hotel. Super clean, wonderful staff, great location, what more can we say. Definitely worth trying . Tapas alley a stones throw away, Irish bar touching distance. Even heard the church bells.

LOVE this little hotel. It's faultless. I'm a solo female traveller & stayed here before & for me it's just perfect. Love this part of the Old Town, 1 minute to beach, 1 minute to Tapas alley and all amenities so close yet it's tucked away & subsequently much quieter than you'd expect. Immaculate, with the friendliest, most helpful staff you could ask for, English channels if needed on TV, warm, and my room has an epic rain shower which I can't get enough of 😁 Little hidden treasure that has a fab roof terrace also, hardly used, yet offers showering facilities & WC. Writing this review in March with wonderfully warm weather & felt very tired today after too much Sangria yesterday so sunbathed on terrace today which was warm & so peaceful. I can't imagine that it would be that easy to find something this good for the price anywhere in Old Town. New Town not for me but love Benidorm Old Town & wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else. Breakfast is adequate. Especially for the price. Rooms at front can be a little bit noisier but overall still a quieter hotel in a superb location. The staff, again, are fantastic. Can't wait to come back.

The hotel was in a good location - in the Old Town, close to lots of bars and restaurants, and near the beach. The staff were friendly, the room was nice and the air con was really good. We had a terrace which had a table and chairs, plus sun loungers.
