第二次到巴丹島旅行。 Iblis可算是一家中規中矩的住宿，整體的感覺在3.5/5……最震撼的是這個價格可以入住到非常寬大的房型。我給12歲的我小朋友加了一張摺疊床😃 幾個問題需要反饋： 1. 房間的衞生很乾凈但問題在所提供的毛巾很舊，並且還有破損。 2. 早餐的品相不是特別優。 3. 放卡衹能提供一張，而這剛好造成我跟家人分開出入的最大困擾😕

雖然酒店不在市中心，打車去哪裡都很方便，設施不錯哦，這個島是免税島，真的是新加坡的後花園哦。上下島很方便的，後來又多住了一天哦，確實不錯哦

房間衞生，乾淨整潔，在這個價位實屬難得。整體超出預期，服務也不錯，對遊客很熱情。

飯店位置稍嫌偏僻，但設施新穎，維護得宜。員工熱情友善，早餐也還算中規中矩。早上起來也可以至附近散步運動。

酒店位置相對遠一點 但因為看到網上説比較新乾淨所以就選擇了.到了整體看還可以. 員工熱情 但除了前台可以講英文其他部門基本溝通都是翻譯器. 酒店沒有熨衣板和熨斗 ，如果需要的話去電話服務要等（酒店沒幾個）我們等了1小時左右就有熨斗-沒有熨衣板！我們沒熨衣出不了門，決定次日想換酒店，但退不了房衹能等到後天換酒店 （後來到了新酒店才知道另外這家酒店也一樣）説是能用2小時 要約使用熨斗（我暈） 另外IBis酒店冰箱不工作 找了工程部換了後還是一樣 100% 不工作 （一點涼氣沒有） 不想麻煩了 就忍吧！ P.S. 在酒店想吃東西，請了解到～服務費和税費共計加收21-%（不是Room Service fee ）那個另加～就是正常去吃飯或打包就是有這個費用！ 週末有Shuttle服務 但時間方面不自由還是～建議自己打車去不貴 ～用Shuttle去（不要求小費，當時給我們SUV車輛服務而且很不錯 ～我們一人5000*2=10000還是給了）

酒店很不錯，服務也可以，很滿意這個大房間，還有露台可以抽煙，看日落也很漂亮，就是酒店早餐很一般，選擇性不多，地點很適中，去哪裡都方便，下次還會再來

標準的快捷酒店，感覺不錯吧還算可以，就是稍微位置偏點。

位置稍微有點偏，但性價比比較高，比國內的同檔次宜必思要好一點，衞生還可以，早餐還不錯，也是這邊幾個航空公司的合作酒店

I realised at the counter at 2nd shift is very very busy especially your staff working alone it suppose 2 or 3 person instead 1 person. Management if you like to cut underpaid your staff make sure you came doesn't on 2nd shift and study what is going on. And the service is very slow especially on the 2nd shift.

地理位置優越，辦理入住手續方便順利，接待人員非常友善。但是有一個問題，冰櫃功能不太好，只能用來加熱，不能冷卻，而且房間裡也沒有提供熨斗。到目前為止，一切都很好，我和丈夫住在宜必思尚品名古屋酒店，非常開心😘❤️

房間不是很乾淨，我們懷疑毛巾是不是地墊。該位置去其他地方都很方便，但附近確實沒有其他東西。早餐還不錯。員工友好。

這是我們第二次入住這家飯店。有一些事情需要改進。 - 房間寬敞乾淨。繼續努力吧。 - 房間沒有浴帽、拋棄式刮鬍刀等盥洗用品。 如果有什麼不能提供的，如果前台能在辦理入住手續時通知我們就更好了。或者在各個房間裡寫個小紙條。 - 客房服務需要審查和改進。第一晚之後我們的毛巾就沒有換過。我們注意到當我們要使用它時，管家只是將髒毛巾折疊起來掛在架子上。直到當地時間下午 4 點左右，客房服務才完成。 - 自助早餐需要重新檢視和改進。品種比較多，例如各種麵包、糕點。我們決定在退房前的最後一天不去吃早餐。 - 經過一天的大雨後，泳池變得渾濁。管理層應該更換泳池水，以便飯店客人可以在泳池裡游泳。 我希望事情能進一步改善。

如果僱用更多的人力，服務速度可能會更好，電梯可以在沒有任何通知的情況下進行維護，也不會向客人傳達有備用電梯供客人下樓的信息。工作人員會非常不願意從接待員處為您購買...準備好從最近的大型超市購買自己的水。
