New to VRBO but more than 350 super positive reviews on another platform. The Blue Spruce is a charming, private second story guest house . It is accessed by exterior stairs, private entrance, and self check in. It is cozy, equipped with a full kitchen, sunny living room, 1 BD, and 1 Bath. Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood by downtown Bend, less than a mile to the river trail, coffee shops, brew pubs, and grocery. Great launching pad for mountain biking, hiking, skiing, golfing, fishing, whitewater and countless other adventures, you get the picture!About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Portable crib/highchair available upon request..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Nice place to stay!
We got there a little late in the evening, and had a short stay on our way to WA state, but this worked out perfectly. The place had a nice comfortable layout, was clean and quiet and had well-stocked amenities. The owners put a lot of thought and care into this property. We would love to stay here again!

Blue Spruce Guesthouse - Bend OR
The location was centrally located, easy to get downtown or to the river but in a nice quiet area for relaxing and sleeping. The owner's communication was prompt and clear and the unit was well stocked. I would highly recommend staying at the Blue Spruce Guesthouse.

Beautiful and cozy apartment
I really enjoyed my stay at the Blue Spruce Guesthouse. It was in a nice neighborhood; very clean and had so many thoughtful amenities. The owners were very responsive and made everything so simple. I would highly recommend this property!

Great Place to stay!
The location is perfect—easy walking to the river trail and to town. We loved the layout of the unit, the furnishings, decor, and attention to detail. There were extra amenities and supplies that we have never had in the numerous VRBO’s we have stayed in. It was over the top! We had the pleasure of meeting Glen and Markay, and it was obvious they took great pride in their unit. Thank you so much

Great little place!
This is a perfect place for a couple, it is a quaint little place in a sleepy neighborhood. No traffic as it is tucked away, the amenities were great, it has everything you would want.We met the owner Glen upon arrival, he was working on his new Sprinter RV, he definitely knew what he was doing when he upgraded this rental, its a great little place!

Lil Bend Getaway
This place was a cute, very clean upstairs apt/studio.It had all the essentials you need. Our only dilemma, due to not being familiar with area. We thought we were alot closer to the downtown area. Not an issue to walk but it will take about 45 mins. We were short on time so that option was a no-go for us, However, Uber was our friend and it was not a bad way for us to travel around this cute little town. Uber was quick and prompt, not a bad way to go if you need too.I would totally recommend this place to stay and would come back.
