Sympa agréable mais piscine fermé Séjour agréable Proche de la plage Accessible à pieds Prêts de commerce Hôtel appartement mais le gros problème a été là piscine fermé quasi 5 jours sur 7 Ce qui est vraiment dommage pour un séjour en famille avec enfants

Nuestra experiencia fue desastrosa. Nos reventaron las vacaciones literalmente. Alquilamos un apartamento y cuando llegamos nos lo encontramos sucio y con la terraza en obras ( había un señor en el balcón literalmente). Mandaron a alguien a limpiar ( los cascotes del balcón incluidos) y nos dijeron que las obras no podían detenerlas, pero que respetarían los horarios de descanso. Mentira tras mentira. A las 16 de la tarde cuando mis hijas querían dormir siesta, tenía al obrero picando en mi balcón. Terminamos marchándonos a otro sitio y solicitando la devolución del apartamento y la fianza (200€ q te cobran al llegar). Hicieron la devolución, aunque nos costó perder otro día más de vacaciones. No recomiendo esta agencia, me parecen muy poco profesionales alquilando un piso en obras y sucio.

No washing machine here and was told it was a website error. All listed facilities are subject to availability. Apartment itself was clean, balcony doesn't get daytime sun and flooring is rough concrete impossible to walk on with bare feet. Good location. Close to everything. In the hilly part of benalmadena to get places but good transport links all short distance from main gates.

Shocking room! air con leaked all over reported but nothing was done had to mop all the water off the floor the sofa was drenched the bedding cover was wet as it was touching the floor! clearly this had been a problem for a long time as the wall was was black! The bathroom the paint was all hanging off the ceiling there should have been 6 light bulbs but was only 4 of which only 2 worked! The shower head was black with scum really dirty! The fridge was leaking after 10 days & not getting any response from anyone I left yet another note this time in Spanish demanding clean bedding & towels as we hadn’t had any! Would not recommend this place to anybody! Our friends room there shower was a dribble they had a massive hole in the roof on the patio the concrete falling off on the table so they couldn’t sit on the balcony! Geinsa was never in the office to take the complaints no telephone no to contact anyone! Definitely didn’t expect standards like this after booking through Loveholidays!

Hola! Rápido y veloz, los colchones malisimos, las almohadas igual, pésimo en limpieza, reserve para 5 , el apartamento es para 4, apartamento 422, mala gestión...las piscinas sucias y agua caliente ...no volveremos. Demasiado control para entrar en las piscinas que luego no son para tanto. Limpieza en las zonas comunes pésima. Anticuado y sucio.
