"I went to the view for a family weekend and it was a real NIGHTMARE. I'm disappointed disappointed disappointed. I have NEVER had such a disastrous experience in a hotel in my ENTIRE life. It all starts with a reservation for sea view rooms to find myself with a beautiful view…..on a construction site. After several hours of going back and forth to reception we were changed rooms. Subsequently, at EVERY meal in the hotel's 2 restaurants, something had to go wrong. Orders forgotten while we waited for an hour for a meal that didn't arrive, for cold dishes or even half of the table finished eating while the other half was still waiting for their dishes. We ended up leaving several times without having finished eating because the dishes did not arrive despite several reminders. A more than mediocre service. When I go to the store to make purchases, there are literally no employees and so after making a selection no one is there to cash me. When at the spa, it's just impossible to get them on the phone and when I go there I'm told to wait for someone to come to be able to give me an appointment and after half an hour of waiting at 3 times no one came. The staff, although nice, are simply not trained. When I make a comment, they tell me we didn't expect so many people, which in my opinion is just not an acceptable excuse. In short, a more than disappointing stay. We really need to review the management of this hotel."
