We didn't get to enjoy it enough because we stayed at this address for a family party. Some comments/tips: - We had to enter in the evening with the digital key, which was quite a hassle for a nearly 70-year-old couple: - You have to install an app - You only receive your digital key very shortly beforehand - You receive a lot of emails and information, as well as promotional material, BUT what we missed was a clear A4 sheet at the beginning of the confirmation with all the important information on one sheet (including the cottage number) plus a map of the park and more instructions on how to enter. We stood in the dark for at least 15 minutes before realizing we had to remove our phone case because it really didn't work with the case on. - We called for help several times, and option 1 said they were on the phone and that we could leave a message. No results. Option 2 was for very urgent matters. The person on the phone said they couldn't do anything and referred me to option 1. Tip: make digital check-in more user-friendly for seniors.
