Loved the service of the staff! I asked for a crib for my baby and they brought it up right away pre-disinfected & on top of this they brought me a whole box of Lysol wipes just so we would also feel more comfortable disinfecting it ourselves! Would definitely be staying here next time we are in town! Thank you !

Stayed for 2 nights. Very welcoming and helpful. Their staff are very helpful especially the people who greet you to check in. It made my stay relaxing and not stressful. Can’t wait to come back! Complimentary breakfast if you sign up on their Best Western Rewards was everything I needed to wake up to in the morning. Great selection of food.

They gave us no complementary bottles of water. They did not make our bed. David said you have to stay more than 7 nights in order for them to make your bed and you have to buy your own bottle of water! They need a new management. The place is nice, but the managements is not. My reservation was thru *******. I chose to pay at the property, but they charge my card a day before. They gave us a 1st floor room; I asked it to be changed to higher floor. They said I reserved via *******; therefore, they cannot change the room based on my selection thru *******. Totally unheard of! They a sign for a restaurant but they only serve breakfast.

Loved this hotel! We only stayed for 2 nights, but the room was so nice. The complimentary breakfast was great too. Employees will clean & make your bed everyday, even without request. We didn't need the beds to be made or our towels replaced, but it was nice that they did it anyways. Would recommend this hotel.

The owner should be ashamed of themselves! This place is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! The overhang had no ceiling from water damage and is about to collapse. They advertise a pool but it looks like it hasn’t been open in a year. No water, mildew on the windows, cracks and falling apart. We didn’t make it past the lobby and it was already a definite no. The smell was dry and stale like mold spores. Front desk employee didn’t have uniform or business shirt. I can’t imagine what the room even looked like if the front was that filthy. We got a full refund and went to the double tree next door.

Paid over 200 per room for two rooms. Only three words to describe this place: DISGUSTING, DISGUSTING and DISGUSTING. I cannot believe that a hotel like this can exist in USA. Filthy, smelly and infested. Wish I had read the reviews here before. Quality Inn is generally a decent hotel but owner of this hotel has ruined their reputation. This hotel needs to be inspected by the state and should be shut down. The owner should be jailed for scamming people by showing great pictures. DO NOT STAY even if this is for free.
