愛克塞倫特旅館(Excellent Guest House)

Wir schließen uns den außerordentlich guten Bewertungen voll an! Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen haben wir das Excellent Gusthouse auch ausgesucht und frühzeitig gebucht. Wir wollten nach der langen Anreise nicht mehr weit fahren, schon gar nicht mit dem Mietwagen, sondern erstmal ankommen und entspannen. Das ist dort vollständig gelungen! Zu diesem rundum sehr guten Ferienerlebnis trug das herrliche Ambiente, das Personal und das Restaurant bei. Wir bekamen zwei wundervolle, gepflegte Doppelzimmer mit großem Bad und Klimaanlage, in denen es an nichts fehlte. Hatten wir einen Wunsch, wurde der sofort umgesetzt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurantpersonal berücksichtigte alle Sonderwünsche. Frühstück war der Hammer. Zum Abendessen gab es ein Menue, zu dem wir aus der Glasvitrine einen guten Wein aussuchten. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind sooo schön gestaltet, dass man nicht merkt, in einer Großstadt angekommen zu sein. Das Auto parkte direkt neben unseren Zimmern und war perfekt gesichert hinter großen Toren mit Kaneras. Der Inhaber des Guesthouses ist ein sehr aufgeschlossener, herzlicher Typ, der sich offensichtlich persönlich darum kümmert, dass alles läuft. Solch einen Gastgeber wünscht man sich im Urlaub! Wir würden sofort wiederkommen, auf jeden Fall aber weiterempfehlen!

Excellent guest house wird seinem Name allemal gerecht. Es ist absolut exzellent. Vom hilfsbereiten, freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal bis zur Sauberkeit, wunderschönem Zimmer und sehr komfortablen Kissen bis hin zur absolut hinreißenden Anlage, Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten und ihrer Sicherheit (Mauern, Tore etc.), war alles einfach nur perfekt. Selbst wenn Loadshedding ist, werden Generatoren tagsüber angeschaltet, damit für Strom gesorgt ist. Auf den Zimmern gibt es Heizmöglichkeiten, was in den Wintermonaten, vor allem Nachts, sehr zum Komfort beiträgt und so nicht überall zu finden ist. Auch beim Frühstück war für jeden etwas dabei. Meine Freundin und ich haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hätten wir gewusst wie toll es dort ist, hätten wir wahrscheinlich unseren ganzen Cape Town Trip dort gebucht. Es war auf jeden Fall nicht mein letztes Mal im Excellent guest house und ich freue mich auf meinen nächsten Besuch dort!!! Vielen Dank an das ganze Team und liebe Grüße aus Deutschland ☀️

The name says it all, it's an excellent and safe place with absolutely the friendliest staff. The food is divine as well. You won't go wrong with staying at this guesthouse.

The grounds are well kept and gives a sense of peace and serenity. Dedicated area for guests to relax and enjoy the gardens and the swimming pool. Ample and save parking available inside the premises. Staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms, reception and dining room areas - wow!!!! Decor is very stylish, rooms crispy clean and everything that a guest might need is readily on hand (even an iron and ironing board). My stay was rounded off by very friendly and competent staff.

Me and my husband checked in at the Guesthouse on Tuesday 9 April and we stayed until Friday the 12th. We were warmly welcomed and within a few minutes we were taken to our room. The room was warm and welcoming. Beautiful and the bathroom was so clean. Always a plus for me. As we were there for work, the desk in the room made it so comfortable to work at. All of the staff was very friendly no one was without a smile. You could immediately identify all staff as they were all dressed the same. We have found a gem to stay at when we have to visit that area. Breakfast is a feast and not to mention the dinners. It is a set menu but very tasty and better than eating takeaway every night. The garden is a gem and you can sit anywhere. Looking forward to stay there again.

their service is great, rooms are always clean, it is easy to access the venue, I always sleep like a baby their tariffs are better. Everything thing about excellent guest house is great. They even call you about checking ins

We stayed at the Excellent Guest House for 4 nights. We were very impressed with this place. Beautiful room and setting. The only disappointment was the dinner we had on our second night (the only dinner we booked) as we didn't have a choice and was served pasta, the one thing we didn't eat. Staff very friendly and they also offer a clothes washing service. Will visit the Excellent again

The staff was super friendly. Always greeted you when they walked past. Always smiling. Always helpful with any kind of query. The lapa is fantastic. We braaid every night. The pool helped to break the heat. Breakfast got us ready for the day.

It was fantastic! They live up to their expectations! Excellent guesthouse is definitely excellent! From staff friendliness to room cleanliness. Great value for money, even the food was yummy.We will definitely be back!
