We had a 2am check-in, they were great, friendly and fast to get us to our room. We were traveling with a toddler and the place was clean enough that we were not scared to let them walk around.
Would have liked a microwave in the room, but they had one in the office to use. Still a good visit.

In this price range, I can say it is a high end motel. Room, bedding ‘and furniture were clean. The property is fenced so no homeless or stray ************. You get tv and refrigerator. It is not a five star hotel so expect what you pay for. If I want to stay in Long Beach I go back there.

All the towels we had were not white but like gray because they are simply very old. Bed sheets and comforter cover have lots of stains. Room has very strong sweet smell to cover up the odor. Bath room was not clean. Tell the housekeepers to use bleach to wash all the linens to be crispy white and remove mold and stains in the bathroom.

Clean helpful pleasant staff, overall good, units have a fridge that’s a necessity for long stays, access to microwave in office during office hours. Only complaints for long stay microwaves in units and coffee machine are both important that are not provided

It was a 6.5 at best disappointment in the bed yes, the closer I looked the more grossed out I got, smelled like raid aroma in the room, will not stay here again, clean on the outside but need to do better on the inside, will not be staying here again unless I’m broke asf!

I enjoy staying here, the staff are attentive and accommodating. Its very close to 91 Freeway., plenty of restaurants walking distance theres a Taco Nazo next door their shrimp tacos amazing. So if you are looking for a hotel that is modorn and upgraded this will be it and really reasonable price.

The pictures are deceiving it is now run down, paint is peeling, metal rusting, the veneer of newly renovated is worn off. There was a smell of mildew and mold. When complained and asked to be moved was met with aggression and told they couldn't do anything other than an air freshener. They were fully occupied so we had to stay. Complained to ********** and they said they would compensate me with 25 but never sent me anything.

The staff was great. The price was on point. Double check the mirrors...questionable. the floor needed a mop. I did find a house roach. The towels were thin. But i would stay there again.

En las fotos se mira muy bonito,y en la realidad no es asi.
Tambien no se si es del diario pero ese dia de mi estansia,llego un camion de carga a muy temprana hora aproximadamente 6o7am y asiendo ruidos muy escandalosos.
Y por ultimo el encargado del hotel te empiesan a llamar 15 minutos antes del chek out a presurarte q ya dejes la abitasion.
