貝爾維尤希爾頓大使套房飯店(Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Bellevue)

It has good facilities and good breakfast. We enjoyed the food in the hotel’s restaurant too .

建物自体は古いですが、部屋は広く、室内プールやジムなどの設備は整っています。夕方のドリンクサービスと朝食無料は魅力的だと思います。駐車場代は$15でした。

The hotel allowed me early check in which was appreciated, but when I went to bed, the bed was terrible, it had a huge hump in middle and felt warped was hard on one side and harder on the other, terrible sleep. Also 2 of the pillows stank so I tossed them on the ground. Then when I went to shower the shower head was not put together right and the spray was shooting in an awkward direction which made showering hard, and the shower curtain had some strange reddish brownish substance smudges/marks in a few spots inside the curtain that faces you so it was dirty and stained. Also 2 of the towels stank awful so I had to feel and smell the other towels that were provided. I went to complain to manager and she said because I paid through ******* she could not refund or discount the room. That was a pathetic excuse. I also did not use the breakfast since my flight left early and they could not even provide me with some snacks or discount that either. I would never stay there again. uber drivers told me next time to stay at another hotel instead.

I was stunned when I was told that I had to pay $15 for parking. I thought that would be for the three nights I'd be staying. My bank statement says otherwise. It's $15 a day, plus tax, making parking - at a motel - cost $16 each day. I almost drank the bottled water in the room untio I saw a sign on it that said it cost $5 for the bottle. Te place was noisy, because most of the rooms overlook the gathering space where the management has a cocktail hour for the guests for three hours each evening. And, that area is also the breakfast space, so from about 7.00 a.m. on, there is noise that comes up from the many guests having breakfast. If I had known these things about the place I would never have booked there.
