We zaten nog niet neer of moesten al verplicht water kiezen (wij dachten dat dit een service van het restaurant was) maar betaalden achteraf de volle prijs! Mijn vriendin en ik kozen beide een glaasje wijn en die was niet te drinken, met nog kurk in het glas! Mijn vriendin koos een pizza van zeevruchten maar deze was niet te eten! Te harde korst, onmogelijk te snijden. In Italië bij Italianen die geen pizza kunnen maken. Een pizza waarbij er een bodem, een klein laagje tomatensaus en overrompeling van inktvis lag, dat was alles behalve een aangename smaak. Zeker als je weet dat de smaken er zelfs niet waren. Ik heb gekozen voor een lasagne en deze was een kleinere portie dan een potje come-a-case uit de Delhaize. Bij het betalen moesten we 10 euro voor ons 2 betalen voor de service, 4 euro voor een fles water met een raar smaakje. Gelieve te weten dat ik mij zelfs inhoud over de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Het enige voordeel dat ik kan zeggen is dat het mooi is binnen en de bediening vlot is.

servizio pessimo camerieri che a mala pena capivano l’italiano cibo qualità scarsissima con prezzi esorbitanti veramente vergognoso per quello che ti offrono acqua del rubinetto 4,00 un tiramisù 12. 00 € che nn sapeva di tiramisù va bene 5, 00 il coperto ma il tiramisù a 12 euro vergogna .

I wish I had read these reviews before booking this atrocity. Expensive central location, we thought to pamper ourselves... WRONG This is a restaurant that happens to have a few rooms. We felt like our appearance was an annoyance to the aloof owner. We had to clear the shower of hair so it would drain properly and not fill the bathroom like a bath. In hindsight we made an error in staying centrally in Bellagio, walking distances are small from some lovely accommodation we walked past and observed with envy. But this particular establishment was a further blight on this experience. Walking through the restaurant to enter or exit the hotel was always received with eye rolls and quickly turning the head away. As if they too were embarrassed by the presence of their tenants. Book anywhere else.

Don’t go to their restaurant. We stopped there with the idea of drinking some wine and maybe after some time we would get some food. They let us sit at the table not telling us that you need to order food instantly. Then a waiter came to us (which I assume is the owner because he mentioned “my restaurant”) and we told him that we want 2 glasses of wine and water. When he asked us about food, we said that we don’t know yet whether we want food or not. Then he got really annoyed saying that he didn’t put cutlery on the table for us to only drink wine and he will not bring us the wine unless we order food as well. I would completely understand that they would rather have people there that eat so they can get more revenue but at least 1. they could have said from the beginning that you are required to eat and 2. at least say it in a nice and respectful way because we are not in the jungle. My conclusion is don’t go if you want to get terrible service.

Owner (I assume cuz he said it was his restaurant) was very rude. We just wanted a glass of wine, enjoy the view and considering if we want food or not. He started screaming that his restaurant is not a bar and we don’t get wine if we don’t order food. He told us to pay for the water that he gave himself and leave. Horrible service. All of this happened in less than 5 minutes of sitting there.

arnaque pour touristes !!!! à fuir !!!! deux pizzas marguaritas, deux bières et les deux couverts obligatoires 62 EUROS ! la note est salée quant on voit arriver la pizza avec seulement une pate épaisse et industrielle et si peu de garniture ! privilégiez plutôt les endroits plus éloignés de l'embarcadère et plus abordables ! ne vous faites pas piéger comme nous pauvres touristes grâce auxquels ils vivent !

Peccato ,un bel posto strategico a Bellaggio dove puoi mangiare in riva al lago ,se non età per il.servizio..super scortese ,il cameriere com la.coda molto maleducato..con.modi arroganti e prepotenti..per una.sedia spostata per prendere un.pò.di.sole. ha fatto una tragedia...da evitare assolutamente

I recently visited this restaurant with my two children and had an extremely disappointing experience. Upon taking a seat at an available table, the waiter rudely informed us that the restaurant was closed, despite the fact that we saw other people entering. Feeling confused, I left briefly but decided to return to speak with the manager, hoping to clarify the situation. Unfortunately, the manager’s response was even more disheartening. Without any attempt to understand our side of the story, he curtly remarked, “This is Italy, not Dubai or Riyadh, and we will not serve you.” Shockingly, he accused me of disrespecting the waiter, even though we had quietly taken our seats without saying a word. The lack of professionalism and the dismissive attitude we encountered was deeply unsettling. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, regardless of the situation. Sadly, this restaurant failed on both counts.

Very bad experience; waitress speaking Spanish so rude and no good manners. Too poor food and dirty place.Kept us waiting for long although we asked just some pasta. She insisted to serve some wine even we cannot have alcohol.Very negative stay. Please do not go!
