伯利茲喬治堡飯店和Spa

I booked and paid for an ocean view room and was given a different room on arrival. There was no explanation as to why the room was changed or anything. Once we arrived to the room, I informed them that I was supposed to be in an ocean view room and they told me there was none available because they were being remodeled! They also tried to pretend that they had given me an upgraded room in their new hotel. But the room they took me to matched the pictures on the website except no ocean view. So they were lying! They refused to give me a refund when I requested one and I received no kind of discount or apology. The manager said she would handle the problem and I never heard from her again. Do not stay here! They are scammers! The pictures and descriptions online do not match what you are actually given upon checkin

Tienen un aire que suena como tener un camión en el cuarto, no nos dieron una habitación con balcón como lo había comprado! Reclamé por recompensar lo, pero no pasó nada! La manager se iba a comunicar pero eso tampoco pasó! Y es carisimo!

The room was clean and spacious- and with a powerful air conditioner. The staff were friendly and professional. The food in “The Treehouse” was delicious and generous portions. The hotel delivered in every way to make the stay there comfortable and relaxing.

They could manage this place much better. Wonderful position but the employees are not really professional both at the reception and restaurant.

Very nice hotel. Reception was nice and check in easy. However I had booked 2 rooms back in August yet in Jan, 5 months later I had one room on 5th floor and the second on the third floor. Should have had 2 on same floor. Also pillows exceptionally high and they did not have any regular lower pillows so sleep was difficult trying to find an end of the pillow

The room is spectacular, fantastic shower and comfy bed. Staff are gracious and helpful.

The rooms were clean. You had to pay for breakfast. Of course, it was nothing that was all exclusive pool was nice.The area was okay.It was convenient to the water, taxis and other things around it.Overall I'll stay there again

I love the room design, modern and aesthetically pleasing. The staff was kind and accommodating. This hotel is conveniently located with the marine terminal in walking distance, walking path by the lighthouse, and a few dining options.

One of the better hotels in Belize City. Overall nice. Friendly staff. Breakfast very good. Housekeeping a bit spotty.
