I’d say this hotel fair-to-middling. It’s in a quiet side street, about a five minute walk from Republic Square. My room was clean although small. The staff were friendly but that’s where the positives end. My air conditioning was permanently set to 23 degrees and when I mentioned this to the chap on reception he informed me to ‘open the window’ Hmmmmm! There is also a private spa advertised on their website but this cost €50 to book. Extremely expensive! Breakfast was very poor and the eggs, bacon and sausages in the metal chafing dishes were all cold. A few good points but too many negatives!

房間很寬敞，設施齊全。豐盛的早餐，工作人員很友好，有求必應。酒店坐落在貝爾格萊德主要的無車街道和購物區。靠近共和國廣場（每日免費的城市步行参觀的起點，推薦！）步行距離內主要的景點是Skadarjila波希米亞公寓，卡拉梅格丹堡壘和濱水中心餐廳區域。

During my recent trip to Belgrade, I had the opportunity to stay at the Heritage Belgrade Hotel. Conveniently located, this hotel offers easy access to major attractions, allowing visitors to explore the rich history and vibrant culture of Belgrade. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive hotel staff who were eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel's atmosphere and decor have a distinct Serbian touch, providing guests with an authentic local experience. While my room was simple and functional, I found the bed to be somewhat uncomfortable, which impacted the quality of my rest. This may not be a concern for every guest, but it is worth noting for those who prioritize comfort during their stay. I recommend that the hotel's management consider upgrading the bedding to improve overall comfort for future guests. The pillows were soft and shallow, which might not cater to every guest's preference, but they still contributed to the room's modest charm. Breakfast at the hotel was humble but showcased a selection of local dishes. While not the most elaborate spread, it provided an authentic taste of Serbian cuisine, reflecting the resilience and adaptability of the Serbian people who have faced numerous challenges throughout history. In conclusion, Heritage Belgrade Hotel offers an opportunity for visitors to connect with the local culture and warm-hearted Serbian people. Although there is room for improvement in terms of bedding comfort, the hotel remains a viable option for travelers seeking an authentic experience. As Serbia continues to develop and grow, I am hopeful that the hotel industry, including Heritage Belgrade, will progress to meet the evolving needs and expectations of travelers from around the world.

Отель выбирали рядом с аэропортом, по отзывам только отель Мар полностью подошел нам, в чем мы и убедились. По телефону согласовали сроки пребывания, так как заселялись в 4 часа утром и выезжали в 5 часов вечером, то есть чекап и чекаут у нас получался за двое суток. Служащий отеля посоветовал бронировать на срок отъезда и проблема была разрешена. Для трансфера из аэропорта у отеля имеется собственный микроавтобус, а поездка не превышает 15 минут. Ресепшн круглосуточный и весьма доброжелательный - нас сразу заселили в номер, а оформление предложили провести утром после завтрака. Сама гостиница построена, оборудована и оснащена весьма современно, с акцентом на функциональность и комфорт. Номера просторные, кровати и постельное белье отличные. Питание. Завтрак достоин мишелиновской звезды. Фактически все продукты поступают от местных производителей - то есть яйца от кур со свободного выпаса, масло, сыры, колбасы и ветчины от ферм в горах, зелень, овощи и фрукты - из садов в долинах + наивкуснейшие сербские булки и хлеб. Поверьте, даже в отелях 5+ подобное качество встречаешь крайне редко. Обед и ужин можно заказывать из местных ресторанчиков или в баре заказывать горячие бутерброды, кстати тоже очень вкусные. Персонал. Абсолютно от всего персонала идет искренняя доброжелательность, помощь и забота. Особая благодарность обоим Младенам - владельцу отеля и менеджеру на ресепшене. Настоятельно рекомендую - цены бюджетные, а качество премиальное.

The hotel could not be more central. The rooms are modern and good though not five star luxury. Bar and breakfast buffet good. What distinguishes this hotel is the complete courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. In all my travels I have rarely encountered better.

I stayed here in a triple room with my teenage daughter and her friend. Our arrival was a little fraught as my daughters friend - who lives near Belgrade, did not have her ID with her - so they would not let her in the room. I understand security issues but this was a 16 year old girl and both my daughter and I had ID - they could have let us in the room until she could reach her mother to send copies of the ID. The room itself was a good size and very clean and comfortable. We had a coffee machine which was great and very welcome. The pool/spa area was excellent and the girls loved it - the only negative is that after one session in a day you have to pay for it which is a shame. Breakfast was excellent and had a really good variety of food. The views from the restaurant were awesome. the safe in the room did not work and it was very small - I would recommend getting some bigger safes - that can fit a computer.

這個酒店應該算是中檔的高段吧。攜程推出的是這個酒店的配樓，價格稍便宜些，但自助早餐還是在主樓一樓，沒有差別。不知什麼原因，前台讓我們是住的主樓，房間有點小，但很合理。有大衣櫃，鞋櫃，牀頭櫃，冰箱和保險箱。所有的東西都能放下，空間一點都不亂。房間採暖非常好，淋浴水很足，熱水快。 雙人床有點窄，兩個胖子睡感覺有點擠，一不小心怕掉地上。 電梯很老範，有意思，自己開門。電梯內空間小，兩個人兩個箱子勉強塞進去。 衞生可以。 酒店環境無敵，出門去哪都方便，步行老城，乘坐公交都便利。周邊餐館多，超市多。

房間很大很乾凈，地理位置好，服務也很棒。我們早到了兩個小時左右，如果加急打掃要多交清潔費，然後前台小哥説沒事我給你們找到一間打掃好的，沒讓我們多交錢～ ps.他們家身體乳很好聞，我還特意帶了一瓶回英國，是柑橘木質香調。 唯一不足就是太熱了，衹開了暖氣但是特別熱，最後一天暖氣又不怎麼工作變得有點冷，不過是小問題啦。 我朋友説我超級會找酒店嘿嘿 下次來還住這家

The hotel is close to every point in the city center. Not very big but comfy. In my room, the bathroom had some supplies out of service (e.g. a bathtub hanger), but it is OK. The breakfast was nice and offered some choice.
