Un soggiorno incantevole.Personale garbato e disponibile,Location pulita,accogliente,silenziosa. Un piccolo diamante fuori Belfast, che comunque si può raggiungere con facilità attraverso il bus che vi dirigerà in centro. Le Stanze ampie sono dotate di ogni comfort e di servizi in camera ,wifi gratuito,TV a schermo piatto, ed un grande parcheggio esterno nel caso in cui possiate raggiungerlo con l'auto. Davvero un gioiello. Lo consiglio senza alcun dubbio perché mi ha davvero affascinata.

Have just returned home from a 2 night stay at this lovely hotel. Had an early start and was travelling with my partner, his daughter and his elderly mother for a wedding taking place in the hotel. Arrived early and thought we'd just ask of the possibility of checking in early, but said we would totally understand if we couldn't and if they were happy with us just lounging around. Donna could not have been more helpful. Rang whoever she needed to ring, checked to see if the rooms were ready which they were, so she said not a problem and checked us in. The rooms were lovely and clean and the beds were so comfortable, amazingly so, the bed is normally my biggest problem when I am away, definiately not in this case. Did have one problem, the heating in the room had a mind of its own, there was a clear fault with the system which the hotel maintance, manager, reception all had a go at sorting out and the heating wasn't playing ball, they thought they had it, we left the room for the evening, got back @ 11pm and it was a sauna. We went down to reception, and they couldn't have been more helpful, we all agreed we couldn't stay in the room as the fault needed to be addressed and fixed properly. I was offered another room and told if I wished to sleep there and move my things in the morning that wouldn't have been a problem. Amazing service. Switched rooms without a hitch. Attended the wedding the following day which went absolutely perfectly. The whole set up from start to finsh was superb, professional, welcoming, the food was amazing, I cannot fault from start to finish. Back to the staff, I have been to many hotels and I can honeslty say I have never come across such an amazing, happy, polite staff TEAM and they are a team, The bar tenders on the night of the wedding made the whole event so much more fun, service with smiles on their faces all evening, dancing behind the bar and while collecting glasses or in some cases taking the drinks to the tables. They clealry loved their jobs. The food was amazing, we had breakfast both mornings, ate in the Bistro on the first night, couldn't fault any of it. Prices were very reasonable. What more can I say, in the event we go back to visit the family over in Ireland I will not hesitate to book here. 10 out of 10 Ivanhoe you should be so proud of your staff absolute credit to you.

Nous sommes ravies du séjour à Belfast dans l'Ivanhoe Hotel. L'équipe est très agréable, très bien organisée et compétente. Les chambres sont très belles et très confortables. Les lits et les salles de bains sont très confortables aussi. Le restaurant est très sympa pour le petit déjeuner et pour le dîner. La cuisine nous a beaucoup plu. Un parking est gratuit sur place. Nous avons eu un petit problème avec notre voiture de location et nous avons pu compter sur l'aide du personnel de l'accueil. Nous les remercions beaucoup.

Called in for a meal at the Bistro. Service was quick, food was well presented and very tasty. Good value. I had the meat selection starter and the chicken burger for main. The waiter Jude was very attentive and quick. We would not have asked for more. Thank You

We visited for Easter Sunday lunch and had a beautiful meal. There was so much choice and as a vegetarian I was impressed with a separate vegetarian/vegan menu with great options which was given as standard instead of having to ask for it. I went for the teriyaki noodles which were so good! The service was friendly and attentive, there was a nice atmosphere, and in a lovely touch the Easter Bunny was doing the rounds giving out chocolate eggs to the delight of the kids (and big kids!) Would really recommend a visit and we’ll be back.

Went for Sunday dinner 13/4/25 and share the spicy prawn starter with my other half followed by probably the best roast beef dinner I’ve ever had! The restaurant had a lively atmosphere and the staff are very pleasant and attentive. Great value for money.
