十方廣場飯店(Ten Square Hotel)

While the property was nice, we had multiple issues while there and the staff didn’t really do anything to help. First, our air conditioning wasn’t working and the room got very warm. We called to see if they had fans (they didn’t) so they sent someone up to look at it and he said it was fine. We had to open the windows to cool down the room, but the windows were right above the receiving and trash area for the hotel, so we heard trash being dumped throughout the night and morning, people talking, etc. Next, after a day on the town, we stopped at the restaurant after dinner to see if we could get some desserts and a drink - we were told we could only go in the restaurant if we were having a full dinner - even though there was only one table being used. Finally, the two mornings we were there, we inquired about breakfast and were told it was included, so ate there. When we went to check out, they informed us that breakfast was not included and we needed to pay for it. When we notified the front desk that the restaurant had told us it was included, they basically said there was nothing they could do and we had to pay for it. I would not recommend this hotel.

We had a fairly significant problem during breakfast that we did inform the restaurant about hence my rating. However the hotel is very luxurious and comfortable and the rooms are beautifully decorated. Also the shower gel dispenser had run out in the shower which I thought was odd for such a highly rated hotel.

Four days here - three days in a standard double room, the last day in a nice large room with view to the town hall. We were happy, but only untill a large wedding party started on the floor right below - heavy music untill 01 in the night, very disturbing. The breakfast was basic and the restaurant noisy and with a busy atmosphere, so we took the breakfast to our room.

Disappointing, considering it's reputation. Room was spacious but poorly lit and the bed wasn't comfortable. Breakfast compared with other hotels was very underwhelming. There are plenty of other hotels in central Belfast that offer better value.

Excellent location. Rooms are spacious with good view of City hall. Best shower I have used in a hotel. Chloe was really helpful and dealt with our issues efficiently Enjoyed lounge/bar comfortable and nice escape from city hustle and bustle

This hotel is great in general but I was disappointed with 2 things. Parking is 3-4 streets away. Also, the room we had was aside from the backstores from the restaurants and we heard glasses containers for most of the night also due to very poor window isolation. Too bad because the hotel is great.

All of the staff very friendly. Triple room was spacious and nicely appointed - safe, mini fridge, heated towel rack. Beds were comfortable and linens were great quality. Location is great, behind city hall. Close walk to Victoria Square shopping, pubs, restaurants, and sights. 12 minutes from train station. Good value for the price. Had a nice steak at the restaurant. Breakfast is cooked to order, but a little pricey at 15.
