Location is good. The room was spacious. Would prefer a harder bed. There’s a mall beside the hotel hence there are some food options.

The hotel was a little tired and in need of a refresh. The staff themselves were super helpful and friendly but were clearly working with limited resources in a busy environment. No reflection on the staff who were lovely. The hotel is dated, was very busy and, on the occasions we used the restaurant, were poorly stocked with many items missing...

Stayed at this hotel many times but they have let themselves down. Checked in early evening so room we got was noisy on the front road, but the same price as a better One at the rear. Only one hard chair and the seat pad badly stained. No comfortable seating. No plug for the bath and. Telephone not answered so had to go to reception. This I also did to get mik. Very poor show.

We stayed at this hotel, whilst visiting the nearby Titanic Experience. The journey time from George Best airport was 5 mins by Taxi and the hotel is located centrally in the vibrant Titanic Quarter and a hundred metres from the Titanic museum. We arrived early with one of our children suffering from travel sickness and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive and caring. Lovely rooms, with a fantastic view of the quarter, very comfy beds and extremely effective black out curtains. No need to dine out if you don’t want to due to the on-site bar/restaurant which provides nice meals. Highly recommend.

We were really looking forward to a break. My daughter and I hadn't had a break in 4 years due to my health. We were not impressed I bravely travelled with my wheelchair. We were greeted with not much welcome or friendliness. The first thing we were told was the chef off sick (I know that isn't their fault) The room quite far away. And it wasn't very cosy. I have stayed in premier inns before and it just reminded me of a hospital room. The bathroom especially. I know they are covering all disabilities but it just lacked something. The bed was incredibly soft and caused severe back pain. The continental breakfast was tastless. And when we did get cooked food it was burnt and cold. We will not return to the Premier Inn Titanic quarter Belfast. Very very disappointed. I came home very unwell.

Upon arrival the hotel was clean, staff friendly enough. However after 30 hours without sleep it was frustrating to pay £10 for early check-in at 11am to find that there were no rooms until 1:30pm. Nevertheless, our cases were stored and we were able to go into the city which is beautiful. My xase was damaged in the store

Arrived at this hotel to meet up with my family and from the very first moment the staff were absolutely brilliant. I had 2 bookings which they made sure were combined to the same room. My nephew was celebrating his 9th birthday and the staff gave him a card and 2 presents! He was absolutely blown away. I wish I had got all the staff names ( I can only remember Thomas, as he high-fived my nephew as he had the same name!) but we were there for Sat 22nd and Sun 23rd April so everyone working during that time. All of them are a credit to the brand. The room was clean, comfortable, with good air conditioning and a shower with good water pressure. The restaurant was clean too and the food that we ordered was pretty good. My rare steak was well done but I didn't complain as they were rushed off their feet and doing everything they could. The brownies my family ordered though were described as the best brownies they have ever had! Breakfast was really good, hot and topped up regularly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff , very helpful, very good food dinner and breakfast, very helpful for getting a taxi to train station, reception on arrival and leaving was very happy to help with anything you might need,
