Надеюсь влезет весь мой отзыв переполненный приятными впечатлениями! Большой тёплый домик , пол с подогревом и настоящий камин. За окном зелёная лужайка и вид на горы . В домике были СПА принадлежности, даже для нашего малыша) Гофемашина с капсулах, чайник. маленький холодильник с базисными напитками включёнными в стоимость номера. Огромная кровать без щели между половинами !!! Цельная . Есть раскладушка - сушилка для белья. Всё продумано, даже зонтики! Вкусный завтрак. Ужинали в ресторане, выше всяких похвал и блюда и сервис. Отличный спа , несколько видов саун ,чисто , все рабочее. Даже кулер с миниральной водой внутри, именно минеральной ! Огромная площадь зелёных ухоженных лужайк , место подойдёт для йога ретритов и других активностей на природе. Футбольное и баскетбольной поле. Занималась йогой у тёплых бассейнов - гейзеров на улице даже когда холодно и трава мокрая у бассейнов тепло и сухо. Не чувствовали недостатка ни в чем абсолютно, были укутаны теплом и вниманием. Малыш получил плюшевого мишку в подарок от гостиницы.

Брали 2 номера, так как семья большая, а цена немаленькая. Так получилось, что приехали мы в отель в районе 12 ч. Да, знаем, что заселение позже, но, обычно, номер дают в положенное время, а до этого переодевайтесь в спа и отдыхайте. Но, здесь не так. На ресепшен на нас смотрели , как будто мы пришли проситься на бесплатный ночлег. Об улыбке и вежливости можно не просить. Плюс , если хотите отдыхать уже сейчас, то платите еще😮 Извините, но за ту стоимость, что мы уже заплатили, требовать сверху слишком. Мы не просили номер раньше, просто пройти в спа и начать отдыхать. Номера стандартные, халаты есть. Завтрак ниже среднего. Если не пришел к открытию -многого уже не будет, доедайте остатки . Ходили на обед и ужин в их ресторан - съедобно и дорого, и все. Вокруг бассейнов скользко, будьте осторожны.

On New Year's Eve, someone had decided that the otherwise modern restaurant with a gourmet menu should be turned into a village festival, where zurnas, tampans, shouting "iha" are heard at high decibels, dancing is done between the tables and huge flags are waved above the heads of the diners. An extremely inappropriate and tasteless experience, in the style of remnants of the Ottoman Empire, which left a very bitter aftertaste in our house and forced us, after the second course, to ask for the other three to be brought to our cottage. The place needs management that understands sophistication, comfort, style and a different approach to having a good time. Dinner is a time for conversation, for enjoying food and togetherness, for a stylish and harmonious atmosphere with quiet and unobtrusive music, if at all. A program with a script, people, and energetic presence is performed on a stage that is at the right distance from the seated guests and after the meal, if at all. We recommend that you use the money we paid you to hire someone who understands style, reason, and meaning in hotel behavior and has experience beyond zurnas, sbordjian stylistics, and dancing in the one-meter space between tables.

We booked a villa, drove all the way there to find they'd booked us a studio apartment. Advertised as a villa, but all studio apartments. Really inconvenient with a teenager who wants their privacy. Misleading advertisements.

My wife, our 8 month old baby and I stayed 2 nights in Belchin Spring in a Studio (basically half a villa). It was one of the nicest stays we had in a while and it all started even before actually going there. The communication with the hotel was really friendly and they provided us with a baby cot and even a baby highchair which they took from the restaurant. Both were waiting for us when we entered our villa and the coolest thing was that the bed was even done with bed sheets and all. They even added a small child bath robe and a pair of small slippers for our daughter. Even though she couldn't use them, it was a really nice touch! The first minibar load was free - it was nothing special, some soft drinks and water, but still something you get almost nowhere in Bulgaria. We had a quick lunch at their restaurant and it was really nice. The menu is large, the food choice is more suitable for a fancy restaurant in the capital and not to a small village like Belchin. We were surprised, nicely! Prices are a bit on the higher range, but we think it's worth it! We wanted to order a room service at the evening, but the menu we had in the room was limited. They said that they have just a slice of the whole menu for ordering, but nevertheless, told us that we can order from the original menu. We were on the phone and I asked them if I can go get it from the restaurant, but they insisted to bring it to our villa themselves. After getting it, we ordered again and the food was ready and delivered in no more than 30 minutes. It was delicious! We tried the SPA and it was pretty nice, clean and also had room for everyone. Overall, the hotel, villas and the surrounding area was really clean and pretty well maintainted. Breakfast was nice, lots of food choices and the waitresses were pretty cool as well! Internet speed was about 160-200 mbps which is quite fine for remote working or even watching something online. Next day, we received a plate full of fruit as a compliment from the hotel which was quite unexpected. What was even more unexpected was that someone knocked on our door in that evening and we were gifted a cake for my wife's birthday. I have not told them. I know some hotels do that, and probably that information shows up in their system, based on our ID cards, but still, not everyone does that! Traveling to the place was okay, except for some potholes on the road, but nothing out of the ordinary. It's less than an hour from Sofia. Overall, we had a great stay and we will repeat it again! Thanks to everyone from the hotel who made us leave a positive review, the same day we came back from our trip. That doesn't happen often!

Wonderful hotel! The place is great, clean, the hot water pools a pleasure for the guests. The rooms are spacious and cozy! In our free time we play tennis and go for a walk. The menu in the restaurant is short but delicious. I recommend!
